3 E K H J H J D F D C G Pess the Castes (G) into the holes at the end of each leg of the Base (F). Inset Seat Post (E) into the cente hole of the Base (F). I Please be caeful to use the coect Am Bolts (H), Washes (J) and Amests (D) which ae maked Left and Right. Fo easy assembly, place the Seat Cushion (C) face down on a flat suface. Attach Amest (D) to the Seat Cushion (C) as shown using Am Bolt (H) with Washe (J) on each am. Tighten the bolts secuely with the enclosed Allen Wench (K). C I K Seat must slide into the slot on back. B Please be caeful to use the coect Back Bolts (I). Attach the Backest (B) to the Seat Cushion (C) using 3 Back Bolts (I). Tighten the bolts secuely with the enclosed Allen Wench (K). Now tun the assembled seat upight and locate the cente hole of the Mechanism ove the Seat Post. Push down fimly until the connection is secue.

4 A HEADREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT A2 HEADREST ANGLE ADJUSTMENT A HEADREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT While seated, hold headest fame and move up o down to adjust height. Thee ae 5 positions with a 2.36 ange of adjustment. Fo FUZ6B-HI only. A2 HEADREST ANGLE ADJUSTMENT A3 HEADREST FORWARD AND BACKWARD ADJUSTMENT While seated, hold the headest cushion and tun to adjust the angle. The Headest has a 58º angle adjustment. Fo FUZ6B-HI only. A3 HEADREST FORWARD AND BACKWARD ADJUSTMENT While seated, push the headest cushion fowad and backwad to a desied position. Thee is a 3.9" ange of adjustment. Fo FUZ6B-HI only. B BACKREST TILT ANGLE ADJUSTMENT B BACKREST TILT ANGLE ADJUSTMENT B2 BACKREST TENSION ADJUSTMENT While seated, pull the single od contol leve completely backwad and lean against the back. When you desied angle is achieved, etun the leve to the oiginal middle positions to lock you tilt angle into place. Thee ae 3 positions that povide 27º of ange. B2 BACKREST TENSION ADJUSTMENT While seated, tun the Backest Tilt Tension Adjustment knob clockwise o counteclockwise to adjust the tilt tension to you pefeed level of esistance.

5 C ARMREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT C ARMREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT A. While seated, push the button on the outside of each am and move the amest up o down. Release the button when you have eached you desied height. Thee ae five positions whee the am height can be locked. The am height adjustment ange is 6.3. B. The amest at a 90 º angle while the amest is " highe than the elbow povides optimum comfot. D SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT D SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT While seated, pull the single od contol leve upwad and hold it while aising o loweing the seat to each you desied seat height. When the leve is eleased to its oiginal position, the seat height is locked. The seat height adjustment ange is appoximately 3.3.
