Remove anything that would cause intefeence of the tank mounting stuctue including any toolboxes, steps, and backets attached to mounting location on tacto fame (eight bolt holes on fame to the ea of the font axle). Push font mios to the ea of the tacto (away fom being above the hood aea of the tacto). Remove caps, if in place, fom theaded holes in the fame whee ea mounting plate attaches. It is ecommended to un a tap in the holes to clean out ust and/o paint and blow out any additional debis. STEP 1 FRONT MOUNT BRACKET Using (12) 5/8 x 2-3/4 bolts, flat washes and nuts assemble thee weight backet beams 1 togethe. Install a flat washe on each side of joint. NOTE: If the optional lines kit is being installed, do not install the top o bottom bolts on the font, left side (fom the cab) 2. Using a 15/16 socket and wench, tighten all bolts. Set assembled font mount backet beam 3 on top of weight backet with thee mounting holes on cente section aligned with cente hole of weight ba. Install weight backet plate 4 and secue with 3/4 x 13 bolts, washes, and lock nuts 5 using 1-1/8 socket and wench. eave nuts loose to allow fo movement when installing tanks if needed.

2 STEP 2 REAR MOUNT BRACKETS NOTE: eft and Right mount backets ae side specific. Ensue 1-1/4 axial pinhole is on top and all backet holes align with holes on the tacto. Install ea mount plate 6 to the tacto fame with (8) 20mm bolts, lock washes and flat washes 7. Use 30mm socket to slightly tighten bolts. eave bolts loose to allow movement when installing tanks if needed. NOTE: It is ecommended to apply anti-seize to the bolts/ holes. NOTE: IVT tansmission will equie spaces installed behind font side of plate between mount backet and tacto casting (if the eight bolts ae on diffeent planes). Repeat on othe side. STEP 3 REAR MOUNTING STRUCTURE Using a foklift and stap, lift ea suppot 8 aligning hole in suppot with hole on the mount backet. Stat 1-1/4 pin 9 fom font of tacto and inset though mount plate and ea suppot. Secue with haipin. Repeat on othe side. Using (8) 5/8 x 2-3/4 bolts, lock washes, washes, and nuts install unde tacto suppot 910 by lifting one ea mounting stuctue at a time. eave nuts loose. STEP 4 INSTA SIDE SIGHT GAUGE Apply white thead sealing tape to theads on each of the elbow hose fittings Scew elbows into side of tank and oient towads bottom p-clip hole. Install clea tube 12 between elbows, secuing each end of the hose to the elbow with wom gea hose clamp. Ensue to inset ed float ball 13 inside tube befoe secuing both ends. Secue hose to side of tank with p-clip, 1/4 x 3/4 bolt, lock washe, and flat washe to the bottom 1/4 fitting This will hold the pope angle in the hose. Repeat fo sight gauge on second tank. When tanks ae installed, side sight gauges will be between tank and tacto. NOTE: Use lubicant as needed to slide hose onto fittings. PAGE 2 360YIEDCENTER.COM

3 R STEP 5 INSTA REAR SIGHT GAUGE Apply white thead sealing tape to theads on each of the elbow hose fittings. Scew elbows into top 15 and bottom 16 scew holes in back of tank. Ensue hose bab connectos ae positioned towads each othe. Install clea tube 12 between elbows, secuing each end of the hose to the elbow with wom gea hose clamp. Ensue to inset ed float ball 13 inside tube befoe secuing both ends. Repeat fo ea sight gauge on second tank. PAGE 3 360YIEDCENTER.COM STEP 6 INSTA TANKS Using a foklift and fok extensions, lift the fist tank 17 off the shipping pallet. Ensue foks do not stick out past the tank so that they will not come in contact with the tacto. Place tank on font and ea suppots ensuing holes on the tank suppot ae aligned with holes on the ea suppot. NOTE: If ea suppot bolts do not line up, loosen the bolts that hold togethe the pans and suppot tubes unde the tank 18 to allow additional movement. Do not emove bolts completely. NOTE: Situate font of the tanks fist befoe aligning back. The font will sit on the font mount backet. oosely secue (3) font u-bolts using clipped washes and 5/8 nylock nuts Secue the ea of the tank to the ea suppot by loosely installing 1/2 bolts, washes (one on each side), and nuts though backside Do not tighten. Repeat fo second tank. STEP 7 TIGHTEN Once both tanks have been popely aligned and loosely secued, tighten all bolts peviously left loose on both sides: Font Mount Backet Unde Tacto Suppot Rea Mount Backets Tank Assembly Font U-bolts Tanks Assembly Rea Bolts Tank Assembly Pan and Suppot Bolts (if loosened to help with tank alignment)

4 STEP 8 VENT ASSEMBY Install bottom 1-1/4 fitting into bulkhead towads the ea of the tank Scew down to tighten and ensue pot is faced to the ea. Route the 1-1/4 EPDM ubbe hose 122 stating fom the hose bab 123 of the vent down along the suppot tube and though the slot between the suppot tube and ea mount backet Use zip ties to secue vent hose at multiple locations along the ea suppot. Tim the hose as you see fit. Repeat fo vent assembly on the second tank. STEP 9 FRONT SHUT-OFF VAVES NOTE: Hoses ae left and ight specific. Remove theaded flange fitting fom the top of the hose assemblies using 5/16 socket - ensuing to keep the seal and hose clamp. Geneously apply thead sealant on the theads of the flange 125 and thead into the font of the tank. Install hose assembly mounting plate 126 to font mount ba with (2) 1/2 x6 bolts, flat washes and nuts Tighten with a 3/4 socket and wench. Install seal and then align hose with flange Secue to flange with hose clamp Repeat on the second tank. 5 OPTIONA INES KIT INSTAATION STEP 1 3 FI VAVE NOTE: Ensue thee is a seal between evey flange connection. Remove (4) bolts on topside of 3 ball valve (the side that the handle closes in the diection of). Discad hadwae. Install angled valve backet 130 on backside of the valve with bolt going though backet and then valve. Secue with povided 3/8 x2-1/2 bolts, washes, and nuts Using 15/16 socket and wench emove font top and bottom bolts fom left outigge weight mount backet 132 (if not peviously left uninstalled). Install fill valve backet on outside and secue with bolts Install 3 to 2 flange educe 134 and 2 babed tee fitting 135 on back of 3 valve. Install seal and secue with hose clamp STEP 2 2 CENTER FI VAVE & TEE Remove the (4) bolts fom the 2 valve. Discad hadwae. Install 90 degee valve backet 137 on the backside of valve. Secue with povided 3/8 x2-1/2 bolts, washes, and nuts Using 1-1/8 socket and wench emove cente bolt fom font mount backet beam Install valve backet 137 on top of font mount backet beam and secue by einstalling 13 bolt though the backet and ba Install tee fitting on top of the 2 valve Inset the seal and secue with a hose clamp STEP 3 PUMB EFT TANK NOTE: Use lubicant as needed to slide hoses onto hose babs. Install 14 hose and flange 142 on back of the left side 2 fill valve Inset seal and secue with hose clamp. Slide the open end of the hose onto the tee bab on the back of the 3 valve Secue with hose clamp. Route 39 hose 145 fom 3 fill valve to tee bab on 2 cente fill valve. 6 OPTIONA INES KIT INSTAATION STEP 4 PUMB RIGHT TANK Install elbow 146 on back of ight side 2 fill valve with seal and hose clamp. Ensue hose bab is diected towad the cente of the tacto. Route hose between elbow hose bab and font tee bab on the 2 valve Secue hose at both ends with hose clamps. STEP 5 PUMB TO REAR Install 2 flange/bab fitting onto end of 40 hose. Secue with hose clamp. Inset seal and secue 40 hose to 2 cente fill valve using a hose clamp Route hose to the ea of the tacto. Utilizing povided zip ties, secue the hose to the belly of the tacto.
