Various surface coatings cobined with other protective easures ensure that the geared otors operate reliably even at high air huidity, in outdoor installations or in the presence of atospheric ipurities. Any colour fro the RAL Classic collection can be chosen for the top coat. The geared otors are also available unpainted (no surface and corrosion protection). 28 GKR bevel gearboxes General inforation Diensioning Notes on the selection tables Motor voltages The power values and torques indicated in the selection tables relate to the following otor voltages: 50 Hz : Δ 230 V / Y 400 V 60 Hz : Δ 265 V / Y 460 V 87 Hz : Δ 400 V Operation at 87 Hz In 87 Hz operation, the three-phase AC otor (which is designed for a voltage of Δ 230 V / Y 400 V at 50 Hz) is operated on an inverter with 400 V rated voltage in a delta connection. It is iportant to note here that the inverter ust be configured for 87Hz output. These otors are attached to the gearbox without the use of a clutch. Torque transission between the toothing and the otor shaft is friction-locked via a tapered connection here. This otor design eans that the geared otors only require a sall installation space. L-force MH three-phase AC otors are available in a power range fro 0.75 to 45 kw and coply with efficiency class IE2 (high efficiency) as per IEC Since alost all IE2 otors are designed with the sae diensions as the standard efficiency otors, it is easy to switch between the two. The energy efficiency of the L-force MH three-phase AC otors has been approved by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as an independent third-party. Basic versions The theral sensors integrated as standard allow for peranent teperature onitoring and are coordinated to the otor winding's teperature class F (155 C). The otors of the basic version are adapted to abient conditions by enclosure IP55. In tough operating conditions, the surface and corrosion protection syste is provided to reliably protect the otor fro corrosive edia. Options Various brake sizes each available with several braking torques can be cobined with the three-phase AC otors. The LongLife version of the brake can easily reach 10 x 10 6 switching cycles. A resolver and various increental and absolute value encoders can be fitted for speed and position detection. For fast coissioning, the otors are also available with connectors for the power connection, brake, blower and feedback. Instead of an integral fan, the otor can optionally be equipped with a blower. No torque reduction is then necessary, even at speeds below 20 Hz. For drive tasks in decentralised applications, the otor can be ordered with the otec inverter connected to the terinal box. The otors are available with curus, GOST-R, CCC and UkrSepro approval. Sooth start/braking is possible by increasing the otor's centrifugal ass with a cast iron fan. The otor can be equipped with a handwheel for anual setup or eergency operations. To protect the fan fro falling objects, the fan cover can be equipped with a protection cover. This cobination optiises the perforance of the brake depending on the assignent of brake coil voltage and supply voltage: Short-tie overexcitation of the brake coil Activating the brake coil for the overexcitation tie t ü with twice the rated voltage allows the disengageent tie to be reduced. The brake opens ore quickly and wear on the friction lining is reduced. These features ake this activation version particularly suitable for lifting applications. It is therefore only available in cobination with a brake with increased braking torque. Holding current reduction (cold brake) By reducing the holding current, the bridge/half-wave rectifier is able to reduce the power input to the open brake.
