Various surface coatings cobined with other protective easures ensure that the geared otors operate reliably even at high air huidity, in outdoor installations or in the presence of atospheric ipurities. These otors are attached to the gearbox without the use of a clutch. Torque transission between the toothing and the otor shaft is frictionlocked via a tapered connection here. This otor design eans that the geared otors only require a sall installation space. Lforce MF threephase AC otors are available in a power range fro Options 0.55 to 22 kw and have been fully optiised for inverter operation. Various brake sizes each available with several braking torques can be cobined with the threephase AC otors. The benefits for you: The LongLife version of the brake can easily reach 10 x 10 6 Up to sizes saller than standard threephase AC otors switching cycles. The otors exceed the iniu efficiency levels of efficiency A resolver and various increental and absolute value encoders class IE2 can be fitted for speed and position detection. This cobination optiises the perforance of the brake depending on the assignent of brake coil voltage and supply voltage: Shorttie overexcitation of the brake coil Activating the brake coil for the overexcitation tie t ü with twice the rated voltage allows the disengageent tie to be reduced. The brake opens ore quickly and wear on the friction lining is reduced. These features ake this activation version particularly suitable for lifting applications. It is therefore only available in cobination with a brake with increased braking torque. Holding current reduction (cold brake) By reducing the holding current, the bridge/halfwave rectifier is able to reduce the power input to the open brake.
