Cnical angle & streamline prfile f this laminated disc is ptimized by cmputer finite element analysis t eliminate any ptential jamming as well as give a greater Cv. Zer eakage Disc-Seat sealing was achieved by trque frce evenly laded n disc laminated seal edge, which has resilient functin t assure Zer eakage in bth hydrstatic r air test per API 598. Anti-blwut shaft. Internally & Externally retained, duble times blwut prf stem design per API 609. Internal: wer end shaft is grved with Hemicycle Ring, prevent stem blwut. External: Shaft is designed with an integral cllar and was blwut prevented by gland fllwer. Inherent Fire Safe Neway triple ffset butterfly valves are all metal cnstructin and sealing, it is inherently fire safe design. Fire safe tests t API 607 were successfully perfrmed in Neway Research & Develpment labratry.
