3 triple offset butterfly valve Series 600, Triple offset butterfly valve, is analyzed and simulated by the latest computerized system. Deformation and stress on all pressure retaining parts are calculated and reviewed, and marginal forces are added to the actual design so that the valve has a proper and enough safety factor. With assist of combined computerized systems and software, a sealing construction and pressure retaining parts, including bolting, are designed by the simulation work under actual working conditions and various piping situations. Materials being used for Series 600 Triple offset valve are selected and recommended according to the analysis proceeded with the given applications to provide customers with multiple choices and diverse options in the application of valves. We consider as many factors as we can with field experiences and customer's feed backs. The calculation and analysis are strengthened with various shop tests and inspections such as cycling test, torque test, friction test on the sealing and packing.

4 Seat & Sealing Metal & Graphite laminate body seat and secondary solid disc seat are machined geometrically and mirror finished to reduce friction on the sealing surface and to achieve the design goals; bi-directional tight shut off long durability without rubbing and jamming of sealing parts during operation. All majo parts incorporated with primary seats are specially designed and arranged to preven interference between each part in metal-to metal sealing mechanism. Blowout Proof Shaft Replaceable dual seats ensure the clien of easy and reliable field maintenance with extended lifetime of the valve. Minimum 20 engagement offset angle enhances sealing performance and slows down the seat wearing out. Fully passed at fire test per API 607, API 6FA and ISO Low & Cryogenic Service Triple offset valve provides Leakage Class VI at low temperature (up to -100 C) without special arrangement. Optional Cryogenic valves with material being throughout the Cryogenic treatment can be applicable for the service up to minus 253 C (-423F). 8 Laminate seat is located on the body to avoid direct exposure to the media passing through the surface of seat and eventually reduce dynamic friction by the media and extend the durability of the seat. Laminate body seat is indirect to the flow and less susceptible to erosion by the flow.
