Trailers: The cntractr can pull his wn trailer r pull a Blair trailer. Plate Prgram: We need each cntractr t supply their wn plates. We can lan the cntractr the mney and set up weekly payments t be deducted frm the cntractrs settlements until paid back. There are n extra fees r interest included. Our wners/drivers typically pay back the lan $ a week anywhere between 7-10 weeks. We d this usually s that the amunt is paid back quickly. This ensures we are paid and that yu wn everything. The base plate wuld then be ut f the cntractrs hme state and the cntractr will have wnership f the plates. Securement Equipment: Deductins: Blair uses Utility Trailer sales t handle ur Securement equipment distributin. Cst f the equipment depends n the cntractrs needs. The cst is set up in payments t be deducted frm yur settlement weekly. Zer dwn payment fr Securement equipment. Owner Operatr Deductins: $40 week Occupatinal Accidental insurance, $32 mnth nn-trucking liability insurance. Operatrs can take advantage f an ptinal payrll deductin that allws them t put mney aside fr unfreseen emergencies. Our lease Purchase drivers have a deductin f $ per week fr maintenance cst fr service breakdwns. Blair is currently using Transfl. Operatrs scan their bills thrugh Transfl by midnight Mnday. Once Blair receives the bills it is then prcessed fr payment. Operatrs can earn extra pay by referring Owner Operatrs and Lease Purchase Operatrs t Blair Lgistics. Our referral prgram pays $ fr a Lease Purchase Operatr and $500 fr an Owner Operatr.

3 TRACTOR AND TRAILER INSPECTIONS 1. All tractr and trailers must have a clean DOT annual inspectin prir t signing n at Blair Lgistics. 2. Owner Operatr (Tractr & Trailer): First tractr/trailer annual inspectin will be paid fr by the wner. 3. Lease purchase (Tractr): All lease purchase tractrs will have a new r current inspectin paid fr by the lessee f the tractr. 4. Owner Operatr (Tractr & Trailer): There will be 2 inspectins a year. The 2 nd inspectin and any after will be paid fr by Blair Lgistics. 5. Lease purchase (Tractr): There will be 4 inspectins a year (ne every 3 mnths). The first will be paid fr by the lessee. The 2 nd and any after will be paid fr by Blair Lgistics. 6. In the event a tractr and r trailer are put ut f service at a DOT check r a vehicle is inspected at Blair terminal and fund t have issues, the cmpany may require anther DOT inspectin t be paid fr by the wner peratr r lessee. 7. What is the age limit n the truck? 2000 and newer r by situatin Hw lng is rientatin? Blair s rientatin is 2-3 days all expenses paid. Orientatin starts n Mnday and yu will get ut n Tuesday r Wednesday f that week. Once rientatin is cmplete we will send yu t get yur first lad. What type f bnus prgrams des Blair have? We have a referral bnus prgram. If an peratr refers an Owner Operatr yu will receive $500. Blair requires all f ur cntractrs be at least 25 yrs ld, have 2 yrs OTR experience, 1yr f flatbed with 6 mnths f cil hauling experience, and must have the Alabama Cil Certificatin.
