Any prcurement is dne the purchase/prcurement Rule applicable in the State/UT is invariably bserved. The expenditure figure shuld invariably be recnciled with the cncerned Pay & Accunts ffice. The utilizatin psitin f these funds must be submitted t the HQ by 1 st f every mnth s that request can be ~e fr the release f further installment t Gvt. f ndia in time. All CDPOs/DDOs may submit additinal requirement/ mdificatin if required with detailed justificatin s that cmpetent authrity may be requested t allw such a change. But this shuld be dne at the earliest s that next installment n its receipt frm GO can be redistributed as per the requirement therwise it shall be presumed that allcatins f this entire fund requirement f the requirement f the prject and the nus fr nn-payments wuld be put squarely n the CDPO/DDO cncerned.
