Ciled tubing is increasingly used t service highly deviated, extended reach and hrizntal wells which have becme the typical well design in tday s field develpment. Services perfrmed with ciled tubing are typical but by n means limited t: lgging, perfrating, setting and retrieving plugs, pening and clsing sliding sleeves, fishing, remving scale and debris, re-entry drilling, matrix acidizing and acid washing. Thru-Tubing Standard Bttm Hle Assemblies. Ciled Tubing Cnnectrs. The cnnectr prvides a way fr attaching tls t the Ciled Tubing (CT). GULF INTERVENTION SERVICES can ffer a range f prprietary and 3 rd party supplied cnnectrs fr any peratin. These are typically attached either by Slip Mechanism, Internal r External Dimpling prcedure, Rll-n r Quad Pin. Standard Bttm Hle Assembly (BHA). A standard BHA wuld cnsist f the Cnnectr, Dual Flapper Check Valve, Emergency Discnnect & a Dual Circulatin Sub, which gives yu the basic well cntrl cmpnents, as well as the ability t get ut f a stuck situatin. Mtr Head Assembly (MHA). Originally the MHA was develped fr Ciled Tubing Drilling Operatins, s that the cmpnents f the Standard MHA culd be fitted int ne tl, shrtening the tlstring cnsiderably. Tday the MHA is the preferred tl in any CT peratin, ver individual cmpnents, as they are t cumbersme and take up t much f a deplyment length. Dual Flapper Check Valve (DFCV). DFCV is the industry preferred well cntrl means, but there are ther types such as ball, dart and a cmbinatin f the tw. Drp Ball Hydraulic Discnnect. The standard discnnect tl f the industry, whereby pins are sheared when applying pressure t a ball pumped thrugh the CT and landing n a seat in the BHA/MHA, shear pressure is adjustable. This allws a safe means f discnnecting frm a stuck tlstring belw the Discnnect, and leaves a standard Internal GS Fishneck in place fr later fishing peratins. 1

2 Descriptin f Gulf Interventin Services Thru-Tubing Tls. Emergency Pull Discnnect. A tl that can be released just by applying a predetermined Overpull t the CT, thus shearing a set f pins in the tl. This culd be used in peratins where inserting a ball in CT is impssible, as when Wireline is used in the CT. Flw Release Discnnect. Anther tl develped t discnnect withut the use f a drp ball. The tl is fully pressure balanced and activated by flw, nt pressure. A secndary set f pins als has t be sheared by Overpull, t avid premature release. Heavy Duty Discnnect. A heavy-duty drp ball discnnect develped fr CT Drilling, Jarring and ther high lad peratins. Dual Activated Circulatin Sub. A sub that incrprates tw sets f circulatin prts. Drpping a ball activates ne, and shearing pins by applying pressure t the ball n seat. Applying pressure t the CT t burst a preset disc activates the ther prt. This allws circulatin even thugh the tlstring might be plugged up belw the sub. It can als be used t increase annular velcity r reducing wear n a PDM upn cmpletin f an peratin. Fishing Tls. Hydraulic Release Oversht. This is a heavy-duty flw release tl fr CT r Jinted Pipe (JP) peratins. It is specially designed t catch a variety f standard external fishnecks, and by changing ut the bwl & grapple it can easily be cnverted t a slick OD catch tl. Hydraulic Release Spear. This is a heavy-duty flw release tl fr CT r JP peratins. It is specially designed t catch a variety f standard internal fishnecks, and by changing ut the bwl & grapple it can easily be cnverted t a slick ID catch tl. Snipper Cutting Oversht. Snipper is a tl by Thru-Tubing Technlgy specially designed t wash ver and catch stuck CT in the well. By applying Overpull t the tl, the grapples ldge & cut the CT at the desired depth. The Snipper Oversht can be run with a High Pressure Pack-Off, described later. Cntinuus CT Oversht. Basically the same as a Snipper, althugh equipped with regular gripping grapples that will nt necessarily cut the CT, and can als be run with a Pack-Off. 2

This is designed t be run either with the Snipper r Cntinuus CT Oversht, t prvide a pressure tight seal arund the CT t be brught ut f the well. Extended Reach Tls VibraReach Tls The VibraReach tl is mainly aimed at reducing cntact frictin between ciled tubing and well bre in rder t increase reach in a hrizntal well. The VibraReach tl reduces as much as 70% f cntact frictin frces between the wrk-string and the casing/pen hle. Operated by flw rate and accepts mst fluids. Interacts easy with ther tls in the BHA. Effective and easy t use. Cst effective. Simple design - n wires r pulses required. Des nt rely n grip frm wellbre. The tl cmes in sizes frm 1-11/16 t 4-3/4 Thru-Tubing Mtrs & Rtatinal Tls. Tubing Cutting BHA. This BHA cmbines Hydr-Mechanical anchr, PDM mtr and a Hydr- Mechanical Tubing Cutter. Ciled Tubing Drilling Mtrs. Extended Reach s PDMs are cnsidered t be sme f the mst pwerful PDMs in the industry, and just as imprtant, mst reliable. They cme in sizes frm 1-11 /16 OD t 3- ½ OD with 2-⅛, 2-⅜ & 2-⅞ OD cmpleting the line-up. The PDMs has been run successfully in a variety f heavy duty milling peratins, extensively in CT Drilling peratins including all windw milling aspects, tubing cutting, underreaming and plug remval peratins. FB-1 Bear Claw Mill. Full Bdy Bear Claw Bits are ideal fr drilling cement & Strntium Sulfate scale. Nt recmmended fr drilling irn. Carbide Buttns range in size frm 5 /16" t ½. Bit Size Range: 1-¾ t 6-¾ in ⅛" increments. Circulatin prts available frm 5 /16" fr dwnhle mtrs t 1" fr reverse circulatin. 3

Full Bdy Chmp Bits are ideal fr drilling cement, irn, cast irn, bridge plugs, etc. Carbide Buttns range in size frm 5/16" t 1/2". Bit Size Range: 1-¾ t 6-¾ in ⅛" increments. Circulatin prts available frm 5 /16" fr dwnhle mtrs t 1" fr reverse circulatin. Custm sizes als available. FB CT & PDC Mill. Full Bdy Tiger Claw Mill was designed fr milling cmpsite plugs and scale. The Full Bdy PDC Mills are ideal fr drilling cement & hard scale as Strntium & Barium Sulfate. Carbide Buttns range in size frm 5/16" t 1/2". Bit Size Range: 1-¾ t 6-¾ in ⅛" increments. Circulatin prts available frm 5 /16" fr dwnhle mtrs t 1" fr reverse circulatin. Custm sizes als available. Insert Step Mill. This mill was primarily designed fr the remval f nipple prfiles in tubulars. It has been used successfully n scale remval and pening up the ID f tubulars blcked by scale etc. Can be custm made t any size wanted. Junk Mill. Typical Tungsten Carbide impregnated Junk Mill. Can be Cnvex, Flat, Cncave r tapered t suit any eventuality. Bladed Junk Mill. Tree r fur bladed Junk Mill, very aggressive and with Tungsten Carbide inserts t ensure remval f virtually any bstructin in the well. Tw-Step Underreamer w/pilt Mill. This multi-faceted tl has the ability f cleaning tubing, casing, drill pipe, liners r even pen hle. Hydraulically actuated blades allw the capability f running thrugh small diameter restrictins and cleaning ut larger inside diameters. Tls range in size frm 1.7 OD with a capability f full wall cleaning t 3.5 ID, t the 5.25 OD tl capable f a full wall clean ut up t an 11 ID. Self-centralizing by 0 ffset blades in tw stages eliminates the need fr a centralizer. A mill r a bit is run as a pilt n the tl, and circulatin is established cmpletely thrugh the bit, effectively cleaning and cling bth the bit and the blades. 4

The GULF INTERVENTION SERVICES Internal Hydraulic Tubing Cutter is a pressure activated internal cutting tl designed t cut pipe and tubing. The tl cmes in varius sizes with a range f blade materials and inserts technlgies t meet the mst demanding f applicatins. Will cut frm 2-⅜ -5-½ OD Drill-pipe, Tubing, Casing r Liner. It is a result f an extensive testing prgram, which ptimized the blade gemetry and cutter cnfiguratin. Internal Rtatinal Hydr-Mechanical Anchr. The Tubing Anchr is used t fix the tubing cutter assembly in a psitin in the well bre s that n axial mvement can take place and prvides a platfrm t islate axial frces and vibratins caused by the PDM frm the tubing cutter.. The grip fr the anchr is prvided initially by a cllet expanding when frced with a hydraulic pistn against a cne. When additinal frces are applied these add t the setting frce and grip f the anchr. The anchr is reversible s that it can take frces frm abve as well as belw. Thru-Tubing Impact & Fishing Tls Up & Dwn strke Hydraulic Acceleratr. The acceleratr is an energy accumulatr used in cnjunctin with the Up r Dwn strke Hydraulic Jars t maximize the impact delivered t the stuck pint. Up & Dwn strke Hydraulic Jars. The Dual-Acting Ciled Tubing Jar meets the needs f the CT industry; with it s small utside diameter CT Drillers get the quality and perfrmance f a cnventinal drilling jar. Cmes in sizes frm 1-¾ -2-¼ OD. Bi-Directinal VibraHammer with Acceleratr. The VibraHammer is a unique fishing tl used t remve stuck bjects in the well bre. The tl delivers up t 00 impacts n the fish per minute and cmbines scillatins and high impact peaks. The tl is perated by flwrate and has n perating "sweetspt. It can be used in cnjunctin with jars fr increased impact. It is run in cnjunctin with the Blaster Head and amplifies inlet pressure, which will be expended nt the wellbre thrugh a cnstant 360 degree nzzle. The Blaster Head can be cnfigured in a number f ways, with r withut hard facing f Tungsten Carbide fr dispensing f bridges. The VibraBlaster tl als induces vibratins t the CT string and reduces frictin in the wellbre as well as applies impact nt the scale. BlasterHead The Blaster Head is a unique clean ut nzzle with a cnstant 360 degree jetting circumference fr cmplete cverage f the wellbre. The jetting directin can be preset t either dwn stream r up stream jetting tailr making the nzzle t a specific well need. The Blaster Head can be cnfigured in a number f different ways fr maximum efficiency. Sand Catcher Venturi Bailer. The GULF INTERVENTION SERVICES s Sand Catcher bailer is a flw perated tl that creates a strng vacuum that draws fluid and debris int the bailer. A high perfrmance filter allws the fluid t pass thrugh t the annulus but traps the debris between the flapper valves at the bttm f the bailer sectin and the filter at the tp f the bailer sectin. Can be run n ciled tubing r jinted pipe and with r withut a PDM. The Debris Catcher is run abve the PDM t help catch any debris frm the well during a milling peratin. Thru-Tubing Accessries. Manual Trque Wrench. Fr easy and accurate make-up f smaller cnnectins, where hydraulic supply is nt available, a pipe wrench where yu dial in yur required trque. Tw different sizes; 2 ⅛ OD up t 550 ft/lbs 4 OD up t 1,000 ft/lbs Hydr mechanical Make & Break Unit. This unit is designed fr a safe and efficient make-up and breakut f critical tlstrings. The make and brake tng is perfect fr the Middle East regin with a grip range f 1-½ t 3- ½ OD & 5,000 ft/lbs make-up & 7,500 ft/lbs breakut trque. This unit is designed t fit in the treating irn string between a fluid pump and the CT reel t keep debris frm the pump r assciated equipment frm entering the CT. It will filter particles dwn t 200 micrns, and can help imprve equipment life and peratins dependability, as well as reduce dwntime. Hipp Turbines. These small Kevlar bladed pigs cleans and plishes the ID f the CT and further helps keeping debris away frm the wellbre& dwnhle tls. Dwn Hle Filter Sub. This unit further helps avid debris in the BHA and; imprves PDM life, and unlike the In- Line Filter, captures cntaminants frm the CT itself. Quick Cnnectr. This tl facilitates safe, quick and efficient rig up and change ut f BHAs n lcatin. It is self-aligning with an anti-rtating lcking system and incrprates a swivel system fr easy make-up. Incrprates a large bre fr drpping f balls. Hydraulic Bwspring Centralizer. This is a sub-type tl that can be incrprated anywhere in the BHA, and the Sleeve will remain still in a rtating situatin. Can be manufactured t any size and specificatin. Mechanical Bwspring Centralizer. This tl is designed t g thrugh restrictins and then pen back up int the specific tubular. Single & Duble Knuckle Jint. Knuckle jints were designed t make the Fishing string less rigid t gain access t the wellbre/fish and smetimes centralize the CT/BHA in the wellbre. Tubing End/Nipple Prfile Lcatr. There are different types f this tl, mechanical and hydr-mechanical, designed t lcate and give a surface indicatin, by way f ver-pull f nipple-prfiles and end f tubing/muleshe. Selective Shifting Tl. This tl has been designed t selectively shift PCE, Otis, Camc and Baker Sliding Sleeves (SSD). It can selectively pen r clse multiple SSDs in a single CT trip. 7

It cnsists f tw deplyment rams and tw hydraulic cylinders tgether with a stripper bwl and uses the ciled tubing units BOP. This incrprates a duble barrier, and there is n need t rtate tlstring fr tl make-up, allws trque transmissin and ffers a full bre flw thrugh.
