2 The IDV educatin philsphy: - Only industrial cmpnents frm different prducer are used in ur system - Every valve and cylinder has the best cnnectrs in metal bdy. That means: If yu wish t varies sme exercises, every cnnectr can be changed. It is nt fixed in the valve. Because, is the cnnectr fixed in the valve and yur students disturb a cnnectr, yu must replace than the cmplete valve. - By IDV-System, yu must replace nly the cnnectr. This is the practise in industry Tubing: a very big ring fr cnnecting / discnnecting that means: easy handling fr a lng time nly metal cnnectrs Push dwn the ring, yu can discnnect the tube. Fr tubing: Only push the tube in the cnnectr: One Hand peratin!! Space fr Electr cmpnents (Relays ect.) Different standard benches: Space fr a PLC, - small single bench Simulatrs - small duble bench - big single bench - big duble bench - all benches are lckable - labels fr the drawers - different clurs available by the big benches - Lad carrying capacity up t 100 Kg per drawer - Trainingsbards fr a standard table Specially slutins, fr example with space fr a PC als pssible. 3 Educatin - System Pneumatics / Electrpneumatics / Prprtinalpneumatics General infrmatin: The Electr-and Electrpneumatic cmpnents are with tw installatin ways: 1. With 4 mm safety lab cables (standard in schls) 2. With a extra cable (parallel) t cnnect like in industry (Only by IDV) Munting n the Aluminium subplate: every cmpnents (valve,cylinders, switches, sensrs) are munted with 2 big wing screws On the backside are a metal cnnectr passed fr the slide in the Aluminium system A fixing ring safe the cnnectr. That means: It is nt pssible t lse this cnnectr (nly by IDV) 3

27 Trainingsequipment Prprtinalpneumatics General descriptin: The nrmally mvement frm the pistn r rd is mstly between bth fixed pints, fr example utside and inside f the end frm the strke. Thrugh switch ff the valves (EP-800) just by the mtin, than we can stp the pistn between the end psitins. But in a lt f case, it is nt exactly. The reasns fr the inaccurate psitin cmes very ften frm a external frce. With the fllwing equipments (PP-XXX) we can realized a very accurate psitining. Because a duble acting cylinder (PP-090 / PP-095) has a sensr fr cntrlled the way. This sensr measured exactly the mtin way and transfer the data t a regulatr (PP-150). Wrks than a external frce n the rd in ne r ther directin and will mve it in this directin, the regulatr cntrlled every time the right psitin. The right psitin is cntrlled by a analg vltage signal between 0 t 10 V, realized with a analagus input. When yu wish a new psitin fr the cylinder, yu have tw ways t give the regulatr an analg signal: 1. We develped fr this prblem a ptentimeter mdule (PP-180) and yu can switched betweeen 6 different ptentimeter r 2. with a PLC with analg utput. Just when the cylinder arrive at the new psitin, a seperate utput acknwledged this. Than can start the next mvement f.e. in a sequence cntrl the next step. The regulatr shws the acknwledgement with a LED. Principle we can use every cylinder independant frm the strke r frm the diameter. We ffer it as standard tw different cylinder: 1. A cylinder with diameterer 25 mm and a strke 100 mm. 2. A cylinder with diameterer 40 mm and a strke 400 mm. In the educatin is the best t teach with bth cylinders. The first kind has a bigger prprtin frm the diameter / strke. Additinally we have a very slw mtin prblem whis the cylinder 2. Fr this prblem we have a further utput n the regulatr t switched a fast mtin valve (EP-800) fr a fast but rugh psitining. With this system,the principle psitining is pssibility n three different ways: 1. With knventinell cntrl by Relays and the Ptentimeter mdule PP With PLC and digital utputs and Ptentimeter mdule PP With PLC and analg utputs The delivery is including with each example dcumentatin!! 27
