1 Addendum No. 1 to Packet No Construction Manager Services for a New Animal Control Shelter The following clarifications, modifications and/or revisions to the above project shall be considered a part of the original specifications: 1. The CM Sign-in Sheet is attached. 2. The file showing the suggested locations for the new Animal Control Shelter is attached. 3. The file showing the property line of the Sheriff s Office Complex is attached. 4. The Animal Shelter Report is attached. 5. AIA Documents A , Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee without a Guaranteed Maximum Price, A , General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, and B , Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Large or Complex Project, are anticipated to be utilized by the County to create the agreement.
