1 DRAFT S T A T E O F M I C H I G A N BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF ALLEGAN February 28, 2013 SHERIFF S OFFICE & CORRECTIONS CENTER-AWARD FURNITURE BIDS BE IT RESOLVED that the Allegan County Board of Commissioners award bids for jail detention furniture to four vendors: American Innovative Mfg., Iowa Prison Industries, Minncor Industries,, for an amount not to exceed 73,791.11; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that jail project funds will be used for these purchases; and FINALLY BE IT RESOLVED that County Administrator is authorized to sign the necessary documents and the Budget & Finance Director is authorized to perform the necessary budget adjustments to complete this action.
