Tent Reservations forms are due by FRIDAY APRIL 13, 2018 Team Information/Check in Sheets are due by THURSDAY APRIL 19, 2018 Please make sure to have all information filled out as this will make the check in process smoother. Please note there are NO refunds on any items. If you purchase a bus pass we cannot refund this due to the amount going to the State Park. Tent payment must by made thru fax, mail or over the phone. We must first have your form before we can take payment over the phone. You can the form and then call in the payment. Or you may use the credit card payment form on the last page of this packet and fax in. We CANNOT accept credit card payment forms in s due to PCI compliance laws. 4 PARKING PASSES The Sacramento State Aquatic Center is proud to host the 2018 WIRA Championships. If your program needs to purchase parking passes please indicate below. These passes will only be accepted in official team vans. Parking will be limited in the Nimbus Flat State Park and will fill up. Once the park is closed all team vehicles will be directed to event parking. Team members will be dropped off in the Park & Ride lot in the front of the park as no one will be allowed in to drop off. Once the park is full I will be directed to Event Parking and will not be allowed in the park to drop of my athletes. Bus Passes: In order for busses to enter the State Park you must purchase a bus pass. Team busses will not be allowed to go in to drop off athletes without purchasing a State Park bus pass. Busses will be check when they enter by our ticket staff to ensure everyone on the bus has a wristband. Tow vehicle passes will be issued at no fee, as the Tow vehicle MUST stayed park on the dirt with the team s trailer. Tow vehicles have in and out privileges since they are not taking a parking spot. Tow vehicles are NOT allowed to take up a parking spot in the State Park. Any tow vehicle found parking in a parking space will have their pass revoked and vehicle may be cited. Tow vehicle passes may be picked up at the Aquatic Center front office starting on Thursday April 26, This policy is effect on practice days as well as races days. As the Tow vehicle driver I have read and agree to these policies.
