Q: The Bid Response Form shows a column for estimated quantity on page 29 and quantity on pages 30 and 31. Should they all be estimated quantity A: Yes. 2. Q: Is the Extended Price on the Bid Response Form supposed to be the quantity multiplied by the unit cost? A: Correct. 3. Q: For Item #3 on the Bid Response Form, Estimated 15 vehicles x 500 miles should equal 7,500 miles. Is this number the estimated number of miles the County anticipates going over the allowance per vehicle per lease term? A: Correct. The County anticipates no more than 500 miles average per vehicle overage beyond the allowances as detailed in Clause Q: Under Item #5 and Item #9 on the Bid Response Form, what are you requiring under Statement of Warranty? A: The vehicle manufacturers warranty (typically given in years and miles, whichever occurs first). 5. A Revised Bid Response Form is attached to this Addendum. Bidders should use this Revised Bid Response Form when responding to this IFB. Bidders who respond using the previous form may have their Bid rejected as non-responsive.
