Acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided on the BID Acknowledgement and Signature Form (Attachment 2). Failure to do so may disqualify your proposal. The following corrections have been made to the above referenced BID. The Port is changing the specification for Work Truck #2 from 1500 series to As such, it is updating the specifications forms and the required submission forms as follows: A. Correction: On the Attachment 2, Bid Form, replace in its entirety Bid Form with the attached revised Attachment 2, Bid Form - Addendum 1. B. Correction: On the Enclosure A, Product Specification, page 1 to 6, replace in its entirety the Product Specification with the attached revised Enclosure A, Product Specification - Addendum 1. C. Correction: On the Detail Bid Form, Enclosure B, page 1 and 2, replace in its entirety the Detail Bid Form with the attached revised Enclosure B, Detail Bid Form, Addendum 1. The Port of Oakland reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law, to evaluate the Bids submitted and to award the Contract (or Purchase Order) according to the Bid which best serves the interests of the Port. 4. All pages of this Bid Form must be completed and signed in ink. The Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder(s). 5 Product Specification Addendum 1 Bid No.: 17-18/15 Chevrolet Silverado Work Trucks The Port of Oakland is soliciting competitive bids to procure a total of three (3) work trucks; one (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Work Truck, one (1) Chevrolet Silverado Work Truck and one (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD work truck from an authorized manufacturer/reseller/dealership. Bidders do not have to bid on all three-work trucks or Bid Elements to submit a bid; bids may be submitted for one, two or all three trucks. The Port intends to lock in pricing through this invitation for bid process and (if awarded) will issue a Purchase Order to one or more bidder. Work truck bid elements requested are for the following: 1. One (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado WD Double Cab Standard Bed Work Truck 2. One (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado WD Crew Cab no Bed Work Truck 3. One (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD 4WD Double Cab no Bed Work Truck The Port will only purchase all new vehicles; therefore certified or used work trucks are not acceptable. The Port will purchase the vehicle from a dealer(s) with consideration of cost and delivery schedule which best suits the Port. The trucks shall be delivered completely assembled, serviced and ready to operate. All bidders must submit manufacturer specifications, warranties, and other relevant information with their bid. The Port of Oakland reserves the right to award a Contract (or Purchase Order) to multiple Bidders, based on the lowest responsive, responsible Bid, for each Bid Element, or to award the entire Bid to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, depending on which best serves the interests of the Port. In addition, the Port also requires one (1) maintenance manual in either printed form, CD, or thumb drive (see the Detailed Bid Form item 3). C. License Fee Bidder is responsible for the registration process of the work trucks with the Department of Motor Vehicle (CA exempt plates will be required). D. Warranty and Support Information: Include warranty, detail specification sheet and support information for the offered vehicle(s) to be included with the bid. E.
