A list of the current County Fuel Sites, vehicle counts, and additional information is below as Attachment A to this Addendum. 2. Clause , 6 th bullet Detailed Proposal clarification: The Proposal shall discuss the specific components of the Fuel Management/Advanced Vehicle Locating (AVL) System in the same order as presented in Section 2 of the RFP. 3. Each fuel site will eventually have a maximum of sixteen (16) fueling hoses. 4. An identification card for each non-rfd vehicle shall be provided by the Successful Bidder. 5. For Driver identification, the current County Employee barcoded ID card may be used. 6. County Fuel Sites, which currently dispense Diesel fuel, may be expanded in the future to include the dispensing of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). The Fuel Management/AVL system shall accommodate the tracking and dispensing of DEF. 7. The Lump Sum Cost Proposal shall cover all current equipment and vehicles. Unit pricing shall be provided in the Cost Proposal for additional equipment and for future services. 8. This RFP is solely for County-owned and operated fueling sites. 9. Although the details in Section Two of the RFP are built around the E J Ward system, the County will consider any manufacturer s system that provides equivalent products and service. Getting a specific manufacturer s system approved as an equivalent prior to the Proposal due date is not required. 10. Clause : A single pedestal unit being able to handle 24 hoses is not required. A multiple pedestal system for 24 hoses will be considered. 11. The County will not consider a Proposal that offers only a partial solution. The Proposal shall include both Fuel Management and AVL provisions.

For all sites except 4, 5, and 8, there are bridge-to-bridge communications using a Cisco1300 bridge, also resulting in a copper connection/ termination. All use cat5e cable, The hardwired sites (Sites 5, 8, & 9) use a cat 5 connection and/or fiber to transceiver connection, resulting in a copper uplink in all hardwired cases.
