1 ROCK RIVER WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE INVITATION TO BID UNLEADED GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUELS SUPPLY ITB # March 3, 2015 AD1-1 Notice This Addendum No. 1, dated March 3, 2015, to the Invitation to Bid: Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel Fuels Supply, supersedes all contrary and conflicting information in the abovementioned instructions, specifications, and contract documents which are hereby supplemented or revised in certain particulars as follows: AD1-2 General Information The District submits this Addendum to provide answers to questions and clarification on District specifications. AD1-3 Instructions Bidder shall initial the bottom of this Addendum No. 1, and include it with his/her sealed bid. Clarifications: Section IV; Bid Form; BID PRICES FOR UNLEADED GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUELS SUPPLY AS SPECIFIED IN THIS INVITATION TO BID (p. 18); changes are in bold: Item 3 is changed to: Dyed Ultra Low-Sulfur Diesel Fuel for Off-Road Use Price per gallon per OPIS Gross Rockford Low, March 2, 2015 Item 4 is changed to: Dyed Ultra Low-Sulfur Diesel Fuel for Off-Road Use Price per gallon above or below the OPIS Gross Rockford Low to cover transportation, delivery charges, plus profit Item 5 is changed to: (S15 Ultra Low-Sulfur Diesel Fuel) for Highway Use Price per gallon per OPIS Gross Rockford Low, March 2, 2015 Item 6 is changed to: (S15 Ultra Low-Sulfur Diesel Fuel) for Highway Use Price per gallon above or below the OPIS Gross Rockford Low to cover transportation, delivery charges, plus profit A new BID PRICES FOR UNLEADED GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUELS SUPPLY AS SPECIFIED IN THIS INVITATION TO BID (p. 18 of Invitation to Bid) is attached to this addendum. Section III 3.2-G-2 (pg. 14): Strike No. 2 Diesel; replace with Diesel. Add: District recommends the use of B5 Biodiesel when available. If available, the District will accept up to B5 Biodiesel. Section III 3.2-G-3 (pg. 14): Strike biodiesel; replace with diesel.

2 Q1: How many times in the last year has fuel been delivered to Winnebago County locations other than the two addresses listed in the specifications? A1: None, all deliveries have been to 3333 Kishwaukee Street, but reserve the right to do so. Q2: Do you order split loads to a single location; if so, how often? A2: Most loads are split loads, but are a full tanker. Q3: Do you order split loads to be delivered to multiple locations; if so, how often? A3: With the current contract we have not, but reserve the right to do so. Q4: Biodiesel is not listed at the Rockford terminal. Is your current vendor bringing biodiesel from another terminal? A4: The vendor supplies the product which has been requested, we don t direct the vendor where they get the product from, only where the pricing comes from. Q5: Is the daily or weekly OPIS report to be used for pricing? A5: Daily; the day of delivery. Q6: Which taxes/fees should be included in our differential? A6: See section 2.3 and 3.2.F. Illinois motor vehicle fuel tax is charged on diesel and unleaded fuel for highway use. Q7: Provide a recent invoice for all three fuels with the corresponding BOL s. A7: Six months worth of invoices and bills of lading are attached to this addendum. Q8: Please provide a tabulation sheet from the last time this contract was bid. A8: Tabulation is attached to this addendum. Q9: Please provide a copy of the original awarded vendor s bid form (pages with pricing and signatures) from last awarded bid.
