All items must be bid with the exception of item no. 5, which is optional. Purchases cannot exceed $0, or one (1) year, whichever comes first. GENERAL BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS The bidder shall be a wholesale supplier performing storage and sales of lubricants. The bidder shall have the physical capacity and material handling equipment to safely transport and deliver lubricants to the locations listed below. The bidder shall have at a minimum, a warehouse, job shop or service center within Cuyahoga and/or the contiguous counties. PRICE TO BE BID The price shall be the cost of lubricants, delivery, and the container holding the specified products to the locations listed. Bid price per item shall be inserted on the attached CWD oil list sheets. DELIVERY All lubricants deliveries shall be in commercially recognized and approved transport trucks to the locations listed below. Deliveries of lubricants must be made no later than four () business days after receiving a dated release order from CWD. All charges for delivery must be included within the unit price of each quote. COST ADJUSTMENT FACTOR Any requests for price increases must be accompanied by an updated price list and a letter(s) from the manufacturer providing evidence of increase in cost. No other terms will be acceptable. Delivery quoted must be stated in terms of work days after receipt of the order.
