1 Prduct Guide - MARGIN PLUS Margin PLUS ffers an rder placement feature thrugh which an intra-day psitin can be taken in the equity segment and als place a cver rder fr this psitin specifying the Stp Lss Trigger Price and the limit price. This cver rders will help t limit the margin blcked i.e. the risk carried, if any, n the psitin. Applicatin Objectives Under this facility nly the maximum lss that can be incurred in a trade is blcked as margin. Trade can be allwed in selected stcks. (Refer Stck List f Margin Plus) Cncept While taking a psitin in Margin Plus, a Stp Lss Order cver rder is required qty equal t the Fresh Market Order qty, and hence limiting the margin blcked t the extent f maximum lss. Since the risk is nw limited t the difference between Buy/Sell rate and the Limit price, margin will be primarily based n this difference. Features Margin Plus shuld be available fr intraday trading in nly n defined stcks. Margin requirement culd be very lw depending n the SL rder limit price. Prvide gd expsure limit in the equity segment. Helps t limit lss thrugh a Stp Lss Order. Open Margin Plus psitins can be clsed any time befre the End f Settlement timings as required by the brker. Manual Square ff prcess t help t clse all the pen psitins at the End f the Day. Requirements While placing Market Order, prvisin t place linked cver rders with Stp Lss Trigger price. Stp Lss rder is mandatry in case f Margin Plus and the Fresh rder is always a Market rder. The Stp Lss rder quantity wuld be same as the fresh rder quantity and cannt be changed. The user wuld be allwed t enter Trigger Price nly fr the linked Stp Lss rder. There wuld be an ptin in the rder frm t place third limit rder which wuld be prfit making. This is ptinal entry where nly the limit price wuld be accepted. The prfit making rder quantity wuld be same as the fresh Market rder quantity and cannt be changed. One Cancels Other (OCO) Order In additin t the Linked Stp Lss rder, a Linked Limit Order (i.e. prfit making rder) can als be placed fr the same fresh rder. The linked limit is fr prfit bking. If either f the tw rders gets traded, the ther rder shuld get cancelled autmatically by the system. If the market mves up and the Take prfit Order gets traded, then the Stp Lss rder wuld autmatically be cancelled by the system. If the market mves dwn and the Stp Lss rder gets traded, then the Take prfit rder wuld autmatically be cancelled by the system. These tw rders are f square ff nature and wuld nt attract any additinal margin fr placing them simultaneusly.

2 If there is any cunter cmbinatin f Margin Plus rder placed and the trade leads in squaring ff sme ther tagged psitin, then all the pending cunter rders shuld get cancelled autmatically by the system within 45 secnds. All the pending Margin Plus rder will be cancelled by System thrugh Manual Square ff service at the time f Daily Margin Trade Square Off and all the pen psitin f Margin Plus will be Square Off market rate. Fr e.g.: Let us understand hw Margin plus rder placement will wrk Scrip Name ACC MSD (Minimum Stp Lss Distance) 0.70% Last Traded Price 1023 Limit Blcking % 2% Quantity 100 If buy ACC Market (LTP = 1023) is placed as fresh rder, then Linked Stp lss Sell Order Trigger price fr 1016 and Linked Prfit Making Sell fr 1050 can be placed. Assuming that the BUY Market rder is already traded and the ther 2 tagged rders are pending. Nw in abve scenari if Current market price f RELIANCE is 1023 than Stp Lss rder can be place with Rs.1016 r belw (MSD 0.70%). Select the Prduct having the Margin plus benefit in the Order Frm. Select the Buy/Sell ptin and the Stck fr trading.
