2 Presentation of the produt range A wide range Speifi solutions adapted to various appliations Oil seal rotary vane pumps are used in all vauum tehnology appliations. They an be used on their own to ahieve a maximum vauum of.75 Torr (1 3 mbar), or in pumping assemblies, e.g. at the exhaust of a diffusion pump or turbomoleular pump. 3 5 to 21 m 3 /h rotary vane pumps, SD, SD, C1, C2 Pasal series The 5 to 21 m 3 /h pump models have following main harateristis - A diret drive motor, making them very ompat. - An eletrially insulated foldaway handle is used for easy arrying. - An anti-sukbak system ensures the tightness of the pump during aidental or voluntary shutdowns. - The universal three-phase or single- phase motor an be disassembled independently of the rest of the pump, without the need to drain the oil ase. - On the oil ase, a vertial sight glass an be used to inspet the oil level easily when filling the tank and during the operation of the pump - A gas ballast enables the pumping of ondensable vapours (exept for C2 series) - A neutral gas purge is used to degas oil and dilute pumped gases on C 2 series models. - A seond inlet port is available for instrumentation needs (model SD) 1. They are fitted vertially on the pump at delivery but an be positioned on the horizontal openings if required by operating onditions. They an be used to onnet many of our aessories (see page 12) The main remplaement parts are interhangeable This enables easier disassemblyassembly operations and replaement without hanging the pump's performane Various aessories an be used to adapt the pump to meet the requirements of your appliation EN - 5
