Fitting Requirements eadroom requirements SeceuroGide Exce restrictions SeceuroGide and SeceuroGide Exce require a minimum of 300 mm headroom for doors up to 2500 mm in opening height and 350 mm headroom for door up to 3500 mm opening height SeceuroGide Manua requires a minimum headroom of 300 mm SeceuroGide Compact requires just 205 mm headroom for doors with an opening height up to 2150 mm SeceuroGide Exce is not avaiabe as suppy ony as it must be instaed by a trained instaer. SeceuroGide Exce doors must aways be internay fitted. If the coi needs to be fitted within the opening then an upgraded version of the end pate is avaiabe for a surcharge. The ow eve externa override option is not avaiabe for SeceuroGide Exce. In cases where the garage door is the ony means of entry to the garage a battery backup wi be required. A SeceuroGide Exce doors are suppied with 90 mm guide rais. Externa doors In appications where the door is instaed externay the remote contro system must be instaed either inside the garage or in a waterproof box (not incuded). The bottom sat transmitter must aways be instaed on the interna face of the door and is not suitabe for appications where it wi be exposed to weather or excessive moisture due to condensation. SeceuroGide Extreme weather conditions igh winds and high temperatures on doube doors can cause increased deflection of the door. It is the instaer s responsibiity to ensure that the door is spaced o ffthe wa sufficienty to aow for door movement during these extreme weather conditions. PG 14

A doors are suppied with a manua override as standard but by choosing a battery backup you can continue to operate your door with the remote contro in the event of a power faiure. For SeceuroGide Exce, if the garage door is the ony means of entry to the garage a battery backup wi be required. Important notes Darker cooured doube doors that are exposed to significant direct sunight may be susceptibe to expansion which may interfere with the operation of the door. Occasionay some marking may occur at the top of the concave (coi) side of the curtain over time, particuary on SeceuroGide Compact. This is unavoidabe and due to proonged contact with the ocking system. On doors which are instaed externay this wi be visibe on the outside. Low Leve Externa Override Virtuay maintenance free Carefu use of your door is the best way to avoid maintenance or remedia work. SeceuroGide doors are ow maintenance. The curtain needs wiping with a damp coth and a mid detergent to remove any excessive dirt or grime to maintain its prime appearance and to reduce the risk of the surface being damaged. This must be done monthy in a sat air environment. The motor and curtain have been designed to be ubrication free so there is sedom need to oi or grease any parts. In the event of your door s curtain being scratched it is advisabe to touch-up the damaged area with paint to prevent any possibe corrosion.
