9 Wire Rope Electric Hoists Sailet Features: Desigs: "A.N" Wire Rope Electric Hoist is a very Compact uit with the followig suspesio arragemets: (I)Motorised Trolley Suspesio (ii) Had Operated Trolley Suspesio (iii) Push-Pull Trolley Suspesio (iv) Fixed (Lug/Hook) Suspesio The desig of "A.N" hoist provide advatages give below: a) Easy to maitai: Becauses of modular costructio, each subassembly ca be dismatled separately, without distrubig the other resultig i to low "Dow Time" a faster productio. b) Low Head Room : The desig of "A.N)" wire Rope Electric Hoist is such that the head-room (distace betwee bottom of ruway beam ad the hook at highest positio) is miimum so that maximum height of lift is obtaied. Costructio: Frame: The frame is fabricated from approved steel sectios ad is a of very robust costructio. Rope Drum: Rope Drum is of fabricated mild steel plate or seamless pride ad machied ad grooved at workig surface accurately to receive the wire rope i sigle layer. The drum is supported o atifrictio ball / roller bearigs. Motors : Totally eclosed, Fa cooled. Three Phase Sq. Cage Iductio Motors with high startig torque, Specially desiged ad built as per IS:325 ad of reputed makes like Crompto / Bharathbijlee are used. The motors are suitable for frequet reversals as well as brakig ad are provided with class B/E isulatio. Brake: Istat actio "FAIL TO SAFE" Electro magatic DISC / SHOE brakes esure maximum safety ad reliability i operatio. The brake is mouted exterally o the rear ed of the motor so that settig ca be doe easily, which reduces adjustmet time also available A.C & D.C. Wire Rope: Extra Flexible wire rope as 6x6/37 Costructio ad of best plough steel is used to provide a miimum factor of safety as per ISS:3938. Limit Switch: Sap actio limit switches to prevet over hoistig or over lowerig are provided for maximum safety. The limit of travel of the hook block ca be govered by adjustmet of limit collars o a rod. Cotrols: Cotrols is by heavy duty direct-o-reversig type air break cotractors, which are electrically iter locked for safety. The cotractors together with limit switch overload relays, fuses ad low voltage trasformer are housed i ay easily removable fabricated steel pael box which is dust ad vermi proof. All cotrol compoets are of reputed make like SIEMENS / L & T / CUTLER-HAMMER / TELEMECA-NIQUE. Push Butto: The Cotractors are operated by a pedet push butto Statio, suspeded from the hoist, for ease of operatio. The suspesio is made o a steel chai coected to the hoist so that whole weight is take off the P.V.C. Cable, thereby prevetig the cable from beig damaged voltage at push buttos is kept low which esures safety to the operator. Cross Travel Trolley: The drive to the trolley wheels is provided by a separate motor ad a separate totally eclosed grease packed / oil bath lubricated gear box. The ruer wheels are mouted o ball bearigs ad are adjustable for various sizes of hoists. Bottom Block : Rope Sheaves of forged / Fabricated steel are provided the load hook which is of forged steel ad tested asper IS-3815, is supported o a Thrust Bearig so that the load may swirl freely. Testig: Each hoist is tested at 25% overload before it is despatched ad is accompaised by our works "Test cum-guaratee certificate".
