2 RDX Series Vertical Machiig Ceter OVERVIEW Jyoti has specially developed RDX Series for die ad moulds applicatio with greater accuracy. Structure with broad rigid base is made out of graded castig dampes the effect of vibratio ad givig better thermal stability for cotiuous workig coditio to keep the pace with growig die-mould market applicatios.

3 TABLE Table of the machie is made out of modular castig with the additio of special alloys for cosistet accuracy over a log period of time. BROAD BED & RIGID SADDLE Broad rigid sigle piece bed with heavy cross ribbig. High precisio liear motio guideways with 30 m/mi rapid. Rigid saddle provides excellet stability durig high cuttig coditio for heavy weight compoets. INTEGRATED HOUSING Itegrated ut & bearig housig for better rigidity of axis movemet with directly coupled recirculatig precisio class ball screw & axis motor with high acceleratio/deceleratio rates helps to reduce cycle time reduce the cycle time ad better positioig accuracy.
