3 Mill Tap Ceter Vertical Machiig Ceter OVERVIEW Mill Tap Ceters have bee desiged ad developed with the capability to deliver high speed, high performace ad high productivity requiremet of idustries seekig performace for multiple tappig holes. Better acceleratio ad deceleratio rates i axis ad spidle drive alog with faster tool chage ad efficiet chip removal system margially savig o-cuttig time places it efficietly i 3 & 4 axis machiig segmet. Etire structure has bee desiged ad tested by striget FEM aalysis for optimum performace uder practical workig coditios. 3-POINT LEVELING A uique system that allows machie to be istalled or relocated quickly ad easily ad also avoids twistig effect for loger machie life.

4 HIGH PRODUCTIVITY No-cuttig time is cosiderably reduced by eablig various ehaced fuctios i axis, spidle, ATC apart from other special features added to this series. Mill Tap Ceters are capable to work cotiuously at the rapid traverse rate of 40 m/mi o all 3-Axis with better acceleratio rates durig movemets betwee various positioal holes with higher accuracy. This series is capable to work with 4th axis rotary table with productio system ad hydraulic fixtures for cotiuous multi-face machiig, drastically reducig o-cuttig time. HIGH SPEED SPINDLE The BT 30 spidle of the machie is desiged ad maufactured i-house by JYOTI. For high speed ad stability durig heavy cuttig loads, agular cotact bearigs are used with life lubricatio. These spidles are maufactured i our dedicated clea room facility ad the fially balaced ad extesively tested for performace. High pressure coolat through spidle (CTS) ca also be opted for compoets with deep hole drills for better tool life. AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER Mill Tap Ceter machies have side mouted Twi-arm ATC. Such tool chager has better characteristic i terms of iterferece to workig area with a fast tool chage time, which are desiged for these machie series to achieve tool chage time of 1.6 secods ad reduce o-cuttig time. EASY CHIP EVACUATION Efficiet rear side chip disposal system due to peculiar desig of ceter trough base structure eables better operator friedliess by elimiatig chip cleaup time.
