Painted or have an anti-corrosion layer; Please quote separately for orders of 50 and 100 s. GENERAL CONDITIONS/REQUIREMENTS 1. Quotation shall be submitted either in English or in Russian language and should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation on the quoted goods. 2. The prices should be quoted in CIP Tashkent (INCOTERMS 2000) terms for the imported goods, or DDP for goods delivered within the country, or Ex-works Tashkent for goods manufactured within the country. Prices can be quoted either in Uzbek Soums or U.S. Dollars without VAT. For price comparison purposes, the UNDP exchange rate will be used for all proposals on the opening date. UNDP is exempt from VAT under the Agreement with the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 3. Warranty period, delivery period, as well as country of origin and producing company s name for the offered goods shall be precisely indicated in the Quotation. Warranty for supplied equipment must be at least 1 (one) year. Instruction on application of warranty conditions in case of emergency is a must. 4. All offered goods shall meet all the minimum technical specifications mentioned above. 5. Goods shall be new, unused and complete. 6. Certificate of Conformity and Certificate of Origin for the offered goods shall be submitted. 7. UNDP reserves the right to change the volume of goods under procurement within 20% from requested at the time of signing of a contract. 8. UNDP reserves the right to reject any proposal that will be recognized by the evaluation panel as inappropriate. 9. UNDP reserves the right to reject any lot or an option without explanation of its decision. OTHER CONDITIONS Delivery time Within 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the contract by both parties. Payment Terms Payment can be made either in U.S. Dollars or Uzbek Soums. - 15% of the Contract price as prepayment and the remaining 85% after delivery of the goods will be paid in Uzbek Soums to Supplier s bank account; - 100% of the Contract price will be paid by bank transfer to the Supplier s account upon full delivery of the goods to the point of destination under the the contracts valued in USD. 5 3) UNDP will not be responsible for postal delays, if any, in the delivery of the bid documents or non-receipt. UNDP does not guarantee opening bids, received by with subject of that does not have reference to RFQ/028/12. 4) Please indicate the transportation expenses on each Lot separately and for all Lots together in order to know the transportation expense when contract is awarded for separate lot and for all lots. IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with the abovementioned terms will lead to rejection of the quotation.
