Warranty: Not applicable B.2 Administrative conditions 1. Delivery schedule: Partial deliveries to be agreed. a. Obligatory start date (date of first receipt): 15 Jun,2018 (see details in delivery schedule if applicable); b. Obligatory finish date (date of last receipt):15 Dec,2018 (see details in delivery schedule if applicable); c. Obligatory Monthly (periodic) quantities to be supplied to EBS warehouse: As per delivery schedule. QUOTATION REQUEST (QR) a. Pre-payment or advance: NOT APPLICABLE b. Payment on delivery: payment within 45 calendar days after supply of Monthly (periodic) quantities to the EBS warehouse (following B.1. 2d). c. Payment currency: payment in Surinamese Dollars (SRD) using exchange rate (selling rate) of the Central Bank of Suriname (CBvS) for the currency offered in the Bid. d. Fining for late delivery: 1/10% per day of related supply value due, counted from the date of intended delivery until the actual delivery. Maximum fine to be effectuated is 5%. From this level EBS may seek legal measures on default delivery, and potential blacklisting of Supplier. e. Fining for late payment: 1% for the amount due counted from the period payment was due till actual payment. b.
