1 Rate Schedule: R Page 1 of 1 RESIDENTIAL RATE SCHEDULE R Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, in accordance with the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative. Residential uses of electric service shall be in residences, individual family apartments, and private rooming houses, and uses incidental thereto, including private shops and buildings used only for residential purposes. Where a portion of a residential unit (including a separate building to which electricity is provided through a connection to the main residential unit) is used for non-residential purposes, the appropriate non-residential service schedule shall be applicable to all uses of electric service. However, this rate schedule may be applied to the residential portion of such use, provided the consumer s wiring is so arranged that the use of electric service for residential purposes can be metered separately from the non-residential use. TYPE OF SERVICE Single-phase, 60 hertz, at available secondary voltages. Three-phase service will be made available to the consumer only from existing lines of adequate capacity where a secondary service extension will be sufficient to provide electrical service. Customer $6.50 All cents per kwh MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL The minimum monthly charge shall be $6.50 POWER COST ADJUSTMENT The above rates shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the Cooperative s Power Cost Recovery Factor, Schedule PCRF. before the 20th day following billing, the gross rate shall apply.
2 Rate Schedule: C Page 1 of 1 SMALL COMMERCIAL RATE SCHEDULE C Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, in accordance with the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative, to commercial consumers whose service requirements necessitate the installation of 50 kva or less of transformer capacity. TYPE OF SERVICE Single-phase, 60 hertz, at available secondary voltages. Three-phase service will be made available to the consumer only from existing lines of adequate capacity where a secondary service extension will be sufficient to provide electrical service. Customer $7.00 All cents per kwh MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL The minimum monthly charge shall be $7.00 POWER COST ADJUSTMENT The above rates shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the Cooperative s Power Cost Recovery Factor, Schedule PCRF. before the 20th day following billing, the gross rate shall apply.
3 Rate Schedule: LP Page 1 of 2 LARGE POWER RATE SCHEDULE LP Available in all territories served by the Cooperative, in accordance with the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative, to large power consumers whose service requirements necessitate the installation of more than 50 kva of transformer capacity. TYPE OF SERVICE Single-phase or multi-phase, 60 hertz, at available secondary voltages. Demand Charge : First 50 $3.75 per kw Over 50 $3.25 per kw Energy Charge: First 10, cents per kwh Next 90, cents per kwh Over 100, cents per kwh MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL The minimum monthly bill shall be the greater of: 1) The minimum monthly charge specified in the contract for service 2) $1.20 per KVA of installed transformer capacity POWER COST ADJUSTMENT The above rates shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the Cooperative s Power Cost Recovery Factor, Schedule PCRF. DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND The billing demand shall be the maximum kilowatt load used by the consumer for any period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered as indicated or recorded by a demand meter, and as adjusted for power factor as set forth below.
4 Rate Schedule: LP Page 2 of 2 LARGE POWER RATE SCHEDULE LP POWER FACTOR ADJUSTMENT The consumer agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practicable. The Cooperative reserves the right to measure such power factor at any time. Should such measurements indicate that the power factor at the time of the consumer s maximum demand is less than 80%, the demand for billing purposes shall be the demand as indicated or recorded by the demand meter multiplied by 80% and divided by the percent power factor before the 20th day following billing, the gross rate shall apply.
5 Rate Schedule: W Page 1 of 1 OIL WELL PUMPING RATE SCHEDULE W Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, in accordance with the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative, for the operation of oil well pumping equipment and electrical use incidental thereto. TYPE OF SERVICE Single-phase or multi-phase, 60 hertz, at available secondary voltages. Three-phase service will be made available to the consumer only from existing lines of adequate capacity where a secondary service extension will be sufficient to provide electrical service. All $1.75 per Horsepower All cents per kwh MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL The minimum monthly bill shall be such charge as specified in the contract for service. POWER COST ADJUSTMENT The above rates shall be increased or decreased subject to the provisions of the Cooperative s Power Cost Recovery Factor, Schedule PCRF. DETERMINATION OF HORSEPOWER The horsepower for billing purposes shall be the greater of the manufacturer s nameplate of horsepower output, or the horsepower determined by actual measurements made by the Cooperative of the power input during a period of maximum normal use. before the 20th day following billing, the gross rate shall apply.
6 Rate Schedule: L Page 1 of 3 OUTDOOR LIGHTING RATE SCHEDULE L Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, in accordance with the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative, for dusk to dawn lighting service by means of photoelectric controlled, ballast operated mercury or sodium vapor luminaires, and poles conforming to the Cooperative s specifications. Upon application and credit approval, such service shall be rendered at the above monthly rate charges plus a one-time installation charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per light. 2) Where it is necessary for the Cooperative to install one or more poles for the exclusive purpose of rendering outdoor lighting service, the consumer must make a non-refundable contribution-in-aid of construction in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per pole. For prior such installations where consumers were given the option of an additional monthly charge in lieu of the contribution-in-aid of construction, the additional monthly charge shall be $1.00 per pole. 3) Where it is necessary for the Cooperative to install a pole-mounted transformer for the exclusive purpose of providing secondary service (120/240 volts) for lighting luminaries, the consumer must make a non-refundable contribution-in-aid of construction in the amount of two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) for each transformer required. For prior such installations where consumers were given the option of an additional monthly charge in lieu of contribution-in-aid of construction, the additional monthly charge shall be $3.00 for each transformer required.
7 Rate Schedule: L Page 2 of 3 OUTDOOR LIGHTING RATE SCHEDULE L 4) Should the consumer request the Cooperative to move an existing outdoor light from one location to another, the consumer shall pay the Cooperative a one-time charge of twenty dollars ($20.00). If a pole and outdoor light are to be moved, the charge shall be the total actual cost incurred by the Cooperative. 5) The above monthly rates will apply only to fixtures and poles designated as standard equipment by the Cooperative. Contributions-in-aid of construction will be charged to cover the cost difference of other than standard fixtures and poles, provided the Cooperative agrees to install such equipment. However, at its option, the Cooperative, either in lieu of or in combination with any contribution, may develop and offer a monthly rate for such non-standard pole and/or fixture. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 1) The Cooperative will furnish, install, operate and maintain the lighting equipment, including lamp, luminaire, bracket attachment, control device, poles and necessary wiring, electrically connected so that the power for operation of the light does not pass through the meter for the consumer s other usage. Metered service is available for 175-watt mercury vapor and 100-watt high-pressure sodium lighting installations, if mutually agreeable with the Cooperative and the consumer. 2) The Cooperative will maintain the lighting equipment, including lamp replacement at no additional cost to the consumer. Lamp replacement and other service or maintenance activities shall be performed during regular business hours as soon as practical after notification to the Cooperative, by the consumer, that service has been interrupted. However, the consumer shall reimburse the Cooperative for the cost of any such maintenance work that is required because of vandalism. 3) The lighting equipment shall remain the property of the Cooperative, including poles installed, when the consumer makes a contribution-in-aid of construction. The consumer shall protect the lighting equipment from deliberate damage. 4) The poles for support of the luminaries are to be wood poles of the Cooperative s existing distribution system or extensions from the system. 5) The Cooperative reserves the right to specify the number and location of service poles. 6) Lighting service shall be provided only at locations that are accessible to the Cooperative s equipment for servicing purposes. The consumer shall allow authorized representatives of the Cooperative to enter upon consumer s premises and to trim trees and shrubs as necessary for maintenance of the lighting equipment and for removal of the lighting equipment upon termination of service under this schedule. 7) The Cooperative reserves the right to require the consumer to execute a multi-year contract prior to the installation of any lighting fixtures requiring one or more poles.

9 Louisiana Tariff Effective: September 21, 2018 Issued: August 28, 2018 Revision: Original Authority: LPSC Letter 9/21/2018 Rate Schedule: PCRF Page 1 of 1 POWER COST RECOVERY FACTOR SCHEDULE PCRF Each KWH of energy sold by the Cooperative under wherein reference to PCRF is made shall be increased or decreased per kwh an amount computed as follows: PCRF = C (B x S) + D S WHERE: PCRF = Power Cost Recovery Factor (expressed in $ per kwh) is applied to energy sales for the billing period C = Total estimated purchased electricity cost from all suppliers, including fuel for the billing period, excluding the power cost directly billed to a member at their points of delivery D = Adjustment to be applied to the current monthly billing to account for differences in actual purchased electricity costs and actual PCRF revenues recovered in previous periods B = Base power cost in $/kwh sold of $ S = Total estimated energy sales for the billing period
10 Louisiana Tariff Effective: September 21, 2018 Issued: August 28, 2018 Revision: Original Authority: LPSC Letter 9/21/2018 Rate Schedule: C-2 Page 1 of 2 C-2 INDUSTRIAL SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE C-2 Available in all territory served by the Cooperative, at the Cooperative s discretion and in accordance with the established service rules and regulations of ( the Cooperative ), and subject to the execution of an Electric Service Agreement between the consumer and the Cooperative. Service under this schedule is available only to Members electrical loads which qualifies the Cooperative to purchase power and energy under a specific rate schedule or rate rider for the load from its wholesale power supplier. The rate is available only for the duration that the wholesale supplier s specific rate schedule or rate rider for the load is made available to the Cooperative. This rate is not available for temporary, standby, or breakdown service, or for parallel operation. APPLICABILITY Applicable to existing members with electrical loads which have a measurable and economically viable alternative source of power to serve all or a major portion of their electrical requirements. This rate schedule is only applicable to that portion of the member s load that is currently being served or being evaluated for service by sources of power other than the Cooperative. Also applicable to new members with connected loads of not less than 2,000 kva, or existing members who add additional connected load of not less than 2,000 kva. TYPE OF SERVICE Three phase, 60 hertz, at available voltages or other voltage as is mutually agreeable. Generation and Transmission Charges: Distribution Charges: A charge equal to the wholesale power cost billed to the Cooperative by the Cooperative s wholesale power supplier for the consumer s load and energy requirements for the corresponding month. Demand Charge: Energy Charge: $3.25 per KW of billing demand at Delivery Point $ per KWH at Delivery Point DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND The Billing Demand shall be the maximum kilowatt load used by the consumer for any period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered as indicated or recorded by a demand meter, and as adjusted for power factor as set forth below, but not less than 1000 KW.

The Cooperative will make adjustments on subsequent invoices for actual costs as it becomes available. POWER FACTOR ADJUSTMENT The consumer agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practicable. The Cooperative reserves the right to measure such power factor at any time. Should such measurements indicate that the power factor at the time of the consumer s maximum demand is less than 80%, the demand for billing purposes shall be the demand as indicated or recorded by the demand meter multiplied by 80% and divided by the percent power factor. MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL The minimum monthly bill shall be the sum of the amounts determined in the paragraphs above. TERMINATION The application of this rate schedule to the Member s load may be terminated and the Cooperative may apply a different rate schedule to the Member s load if: Member fails to maintain a peak load of greater than 2,000 kw annually, or the Cooperative s wholesale power supplier discontinues any specific rate schedule or rate rider that qualifies the Cooperative to purchase wholesale power and energy at rates and terms specifically for the load. before the 20 th day following billing, the gross rate shall apply.

Service under this schedule is available only to new or existing electrical loads which qualify the Cooperative to purchase power and energy under a specific rate schedule or rate rider for the load from its wholesale supplier. The rate is available only for the duration that the wholesale supplier s specific rate schedule or rate rider for the load is made available to the Cooperative. This rate is not available for temporary, standby, or breakdown service, or for parallel operation. APPLICABILITY Applicable to new service with an expected peak load of not less than 1,000 kw, or existing service that requires an additional peak load of not less than 1,000 kw; or existing service with a projected peak load of not less than 1,000 kw which may be lost due to relocation, ceasing operations, or being legally switched to a measurable and economically viable alternative source of power provided by a third party. This rate schedule is only applicable to that portion of the member s load that is currently being served or being evaluated for service by sources of power other than the Cooperative. TYPE OF SERVICE Three phase, 60 hertz, at available voltages or other voltage as is mutually agreeable.
