The following are the approved makes and models which comply with these specifications. 5 GENERAL INFORMATION TO BIDDERS: 1. Town of Petawawa quotation form must be used. 2. Quotations will be accepted by the CAO/Clerk until 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 6, Appropriate Manufacturer s Literature must be submitted with quotation. 4. Failure to fully complete the quotation form and specifications may render the quotation unacceptable. 5. Lowest or any quotation not necessarily accepted. 6. The Quotation Price shall be firm on delivery and any price escalation clause shall render the quotation unacceptable. **Please note that licensing will be the responsibility of the Town of Petawawa, Public Works Department. The completed unit shall be delivered to the Public Works Yard, 19 Industrial Avenue, Petawawa, ON. The unit must be current standard production models, for the model year in which they will be delivered and must comply with all federal and provincial legislations in effect at the time of delivery.** 5
