Number of rental vehicles may change monthly however DRC Turkey is currently planning to rent 38 vehicles. All vehicles must be able to operate across all of Turkey and be avaliable to the renter 24 hours per day. Offers for multiple makes or models within the specification above are welcomed. Bid price should include all costs including but not limited to service and mainatince costs, including season manitaince such as winter tires. The costs for gasoline and driver should not be included in the price. All vehicles should include: Bluetooth media connectivity with the radio for handsfree mobile phone calls. Safety equipment: Spare wheel / tires, jack and tools to change, Warning / Hazard Triangle, tow rope, fire extinguisher, small first aid kit. Pls provide infomation about EURO NCAP rates for offered vehicles. 4 plus rating is desirable

3 Price is one of consideration for the award of Contract by DRC. The other consideration is the Bidders ability to provide quality service and support in needs. All bidders must provide the following information. This information will also be a consideration in awarding the Contract to the successful bidder. Additional sheets can be attached if required.
