Individual customer requirements can be met by the proven effective and efficient use of engineering and design. All Hestal locks are characterised by high strength, compact design and a long life cycle. Each design is robust and wear resistant and, of course, complies with the industrial safety regulations. High-strength materials are used exclusively for production.

3 Fastener 664N The 664N tipper catch can be mounted on the central or corner pillars on steel or aluminium bodies. The pendulum bolt is fixed to the top side board edge. With narrow pillar profiles or if space is tight, the lock with a cranked hand lever must be fitted in such a way to ensure a clearance for fingers of at least 25 mm to the fold-down or swinging tipper side board. 4 Fastener 6121N The 6121N elbow handle catch is popular with horse trailers. The locking lever and the hook can be swung under the tailgate. So there is no risk of injury to the animal. 6 Fasteners 60450/ /6043 S The eccentric fastener is fitted with a screw-on eyelet in the lock part, but can also be supplied as lock with screw-on hook in the lock part. The length of the eccentric fasteners 6043 and 6043S can be adjusted by means of threads and is available in two versions, with and without safety device. 8 Fastener 6022 Fasteners 6022 & 603 The elbow handle catch 6022 is designed for side board vehicles with pillars and the double-sided tipper lock 603 is designed for pillarless bodies.
