Use the 3/M, 3, M3/M, 3U eries speed control valve. enerally, the higher air pressure, and the smaller load pressure result in the more stable operation. Keep the load factor at 0% or less. table speed control is achieved with a meterout circuit. hen driving the single rod cylinder at fine speed with the operation direction set to PU, poppingout may occur if operation is started when load resistance is small. s a countermeasure, use (b), (c), or (d) circuit.ote that the (d) circuit is the most stable. a c PU: meterout PU: meterout PU: meterin PU: meterout b d PU: meterin PU: meterin PU: meterin/out PU: meterout esign & election (ote 2) hen installed vertically, the load will drop naturally if the meterin circuit is used.
