5 Vision for years ago, AWEA's main product line is only consisted of the bridge machine, with the market concentrated in the automotive and mold industry. In recent years, AWEA gradually developed vertical machining centers, horizontal boring mills, high speed machines, and large 5-axis machines. The market reach has also expanded to other major markets in North America, South Korea, Spain, Italy, Germany, and so on. The production layout in China was completed in 2015 with concentration in Suzhou to expand production and accelerate service capability. On the other hand, the production layout in Taiwan will be completed by the end of 2017 with the first phase of ChiaYi factory expansion. CNC Parameter Optimization From rough cutting to fine finishing, the operator can select various cutting modes based on the working condition, and then set the allowable error and work-piece weight to obtain the optimum parameter. Cutting Error Slow feed rate brings ultra small cutting error Fast feed rate brings small cutting error Super fast feed rate brings large cutting error Based on feed rate difference for automatic corner deceleration, the smaller the setting value the better the accuracy but the cycle time relatively longer; to set feed rate dierence in every axis with this parameter in order to calculate the deceleration at corner. 7

28 FCV-620 SERIES High Speed 5-axis Machining Centers The column and the Y-axis saddle is adopted with specially thick rib enforced casting structure, meeting the structure rigidity requirements for high speed cutting condition. The 12,000 / 15,000 rpm direct drive spindle or 16,000 / 20,000 rpm built-in spindle and other options.
