The X-axis and Y-axis bed is in the T-type layout. The rotary table moves left and right in the horizontal direction (X-axis) in the direction perpendicular to the centerline of the main spindle, and the column is horizontally oriented in a direction parallel to the spindle axis (Z-axis). The spindle box is vertically moved up and down on the right side of the column (Y-axis), the spindle box is equipped with a chain-type counterweight balance system, all of three linear axes are preloaded by large diameter precision ball screw drive. The guide-ways are designed for heavy duty machines and are suitable for heavy cutting and with long-term precision retention. 3 Main Spindle Box The main spindle box includes two main modules, built in the spindle box in two separate boxes. The two modules are the spindle components and gearbox, the spindle surface is hardened by nitriding. Through the quenched and tempered box rotation the support surface is big, with good rigidity, anti-wear. A-axis movement is by the high-precision tooth row drive. Clutch precision positioning and modular design making the maintenance of the unit replacement simple and rapid. Before the final assembly each component has been tested independently, so the quality is more reliable. C-axis turning table Turning spindle is driven through the 2 speeds gearbox, and the hydraulic automatic shift is driven by a spindle servo motor. The front end of the spindle is supported by a set of cylindrical roller bearings and a set of angular contact ball bearings. The rear end is supported by a set of angular contact ball bearings. As the high-speed option, the front end of the spindle is supported by the NSK tapered roller bearing, rotary table support with a specially designed rear axle support to ensure the best speed range within the disk accuracy and beating, rotary table lubrication through the oil tank, while the oil is used to wrap the cooling sleeve around the spindle. The spindle is driven by a 2 speeds gearbox, and the hydraulic automatic shift is driven by a spindle servo motor. The front end of the spindle is supported by a set of cylindrical roller bearings and a set of angular contact ball bearings. The rear end is supported by a set of angular contact ball bearings. As the high-speed option, the front end of the spindle is supported by the NSK tapered roller bearing and the rear end supports a specially designed Hydro Rib rear bearing that automatically adjusts the pressure to ensure optimum preload at all speed ranges. The oil sumps are lubricated while the oil is also used to cool the casing around the spindle, with a cooler to keep the oil temperature constant and the tool pull nail is tightened by a butter y spring and through the hydraulic release. B-axis Rotary Table achine configuration fully closed loop control B-axis rotary table. B-axis is driven by the preload double gear to eliminate the gap to guarantee years of wearing and tearing. The position feedback is through a direct installation of the rotary encoder to achieve. The locking system can be in any position on the table, and accurately ensure that the location of the machine positioning accuracy in full compliance with the programming requirements. 4 Automatic Tool Changer Machine is with 60 tools chain automatic tool magazine. The automatic tool changer ATC is mounted on the left side of the column by a steel plate bracket. The double turn tool changer replaces the tools between the magazine and the boring shaft. The tool changer moves along its own track between the magazine and the tool change point. The tool changer in the tools changing will be able to do 180 degrees of rotation. The tool changer has two calipers, each end of a group, tool changing can be positioning and grasp the tool handle. Tool magazine is with the protection steel and an opening door to prevent coolant, chips and dust into the tool magazine during the tool changing if there is a strong wind. Hydraulic Tool Changer Tool Magazine Linear Scale X / Y / Z axis can be installed linear scale system to check the machine due to rapid movement of the positioning error. Also to send the error value back to the controller for compensation to improve the positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy and thermal compensation. Linear system is equipped with an air protection device to avoid the linear scale to be polluted by dust and oil to ensure the accuracy of optical scale to extend its service life. Hydraulic system Servo Automatic Tool Changer (Optional Accessories) All of the hydraulic valves, tool and table lock and release, hydraulic counterweight balance, gear ratio change and the cycle of lubrication of spindle, tool change mechanism are done by the hydraulic system to provide power. FANUC 31i-B SIEMENS 840D(Optional) Automatic Chip Conveyor Automatic chip conveyor is installed in the machine between een X and Z axis table. Chip is forwarded to the left side of the machine and discharged into the user-made chip box. Protective Cover The machine includes a standard protective cover around the work area. The height of the guard plate is sufficient to protect the operator from hurting from the moving components of machine and the processing objects

6 1 Delivery Period Approximately 7 months after signing the contract. 2 Installation Service The machine is to be installed in position., Shenghui technical staff will be responsible for the location of the machine assembly, adjustment level and operation test Acceptance Test 3 After the installation and adjustment is complete, the final acceptance will be done in the user factory. 1.According to Sheng Hui acceptance / adjustment parameters, geometric precision detection, to complete the accuracy adjustment. 2.Functional testing of the CNC control system (controlled by the test program). 3.When doing measurement of accuracy, in accordance with international standards, need to have the following prerequisites. (1)The machine shall be installed on the foundation and shall meet the requirements of the drawings provided by Shenghui. (2)During ambient testing for 12 hours and during testing, the ambient temperature around the machine should be at 20 ± 1 C. During the test, the ambient temperature canʼt exceed 1 C per hour. (3)It is not to be directly exposed to sunlight, not to face the heater and not under a strong wind. (4)Need to isolate external shock and vibration. (5)To warm up the machine's engine operation should be carried out according to the requirements of Shenghui Machine Adjustment Manual. Operation Staff Training 4 １.During the installation process Shenghui engineers will train the machine operator, programmer, and maintenance personnel. The purpose is to prepare personnel for the customer to operate the machine independently, and can carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting. 2.Training staff need to have CNC machine operating experience, usually training time for 5 working days, 8 hours a day. If necessary, we can provide additional training courses according to your requirements
