4 M Dd Air Vlume Dampers 4 WRM Cnstant Vlume Cntrllers Intrductin WRM vlume flw rate cntrllers fr air cnditining and ventilatin systems, suitable fr vertical and hrizntal installatin in supply and exhaust ducts. The casing and cntrl mechanism are made f galvanised sheet steel. The centrally supprted damper blade, which cntrls the vlume flw rate, has a stainless steel bearing axis in special bushings. Adjustment device with rtary pinter, scale and lck fr the vlume flw rate set pint and can be adjusted manually r by actuatr. WRM vlume flw cntrllers are mechanical cntrllers fr cnstant vlume flw rates and d nt require an auxiliary pwer supply. A special cntrl mechanism guarantees cntrl accuracy ver the entire vlume flw range. Fr each mdel size, the vlume flw range is at least 5 times the minimum flw rate. Within this cntrl range, specified at Vmin and Vmax, the set pint fr the required vlume flw rate is adjustable. Units are suitable fr partitin, wall, plenum, r duct munting fr prjects requiring carse cntrl f differential pressure. The damper blades mdulate autmatically with increasing pressure and prduce a flat pressure respnse which is useful fr regulatin purpses. Units shuld be selected fr a given air flw rate and pressure differential. The preferred perating range is 5-50 Pa. 21 Air Vlume Dampers 21 Pressure Regulating Dampers PRDS PRDE PRDD Intrductin The Waterl PRD pressure regulating dampers are designed t maintain a preset cnstant pressure differential acrss a partitin wall r within a duct system. The damper incrprates a finely balanced aerfil blade which is capable f regulating rm r duct pressures within a tlerance band f ± 3 Pa ver a wide air flw range. Cntrl pressures are factry set t custmer requirements but may be adjusted in service by changing the blade weights. The units are available in three standard widths, with mdular heights up t 1275mm, and may be cmbined with grilles r luvres fr thrugh the wall installatins.
