11 Installation General 2-1 Part 2: Installation General The installation procedure must only be carried out by a well-qualified service technician, who is familiar with the equipment. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation of the equipment. Before servicing the machine all power supply must be disconnected. Make sure that the circlips are facing as shown below: Bearing block Installing Driven Feed/Exit Conveyors See illustration opposite. 1 Mount the bearing block (picture above) on the conveyor roller ends (both sides) as shown in the picture opposite. The brackets will feel tight when mounting. 2 Place the conveyor in the brackets on the oven's front panel as illustrated opposite. 12 2-2 Installation Finishing installation Installing Non-driven Conveyors and Fixed Exit Tables 1 Align the mounting holes of the conveyor to the corresponding nuts on the oven. 2 Secure the conveyor/exit table with the delivered screws. Finishing installation When the installation procedures described in this manual are completed please continue with the procedures for "Finishing installation" described on the last pages in the Processor Installation manual. 13 Functional description Driven Feed Tables 3-1 Part 3: Functional description Driven Feed Tables General The Driven Feed Table is for the driven feed of plate material and is used for inline and/or offline plateline systems. The Driven Feed Table will run constantly as long as the oven is in operation. Oven Control All control of the oven and monitoring of the process is done from the oven control panel. See the Oven Service manual. Plates can be entered into the oven when the oven has reached the preset temperature and the alarm indicator (H2) has gone off. 14 3-2 Functional description Driven Exit Table (mesh and slat) Driven Exit Table (mesh and slat) General The Driven Exit Table is for the driven exit of plate material and is used for inline and/or offline plateline systems. The Driven Exit Table will run constantly as long as the Oven is in operation. The driven exit table is available in two versions: Slat conveyor for fast cooling of plates Mesh conveyor for slow cooling of plates We recommend that the slat conveyor be used as an exit conveyor for the Prebake Oven. The mesh conveyor should be used as an exit conveyor for the Postbake Oven. This is to prevent a too rapid cool-down of the plates and plate warping.
