Pwer transfrmers are especially designed and manufactured accrding t the Mbile applicatin with the sizes and weight accrding t the internatinal radway rules t allw the maximum mbility. They may be manufactured with ONAN, ONAF, OFAF, OFWF cling systems and different cnnectin grups accrding t the system. Tap changing is generally made with OLTC. Transfrmers lcated t Mbile substatins are cnsist f high quality materials and prcess. Fr instance il tank manufactures as crrugated by using mdern flding facility prcesses the steel sheet int high-quality crrugated walls. Tank has been cntrlled after precise welding with cntrl liquid and ultravilet light fr leakage. During rutine test in the factry quietude f transfrmer are part f the checklist tgether with standard cntrls such as temperature rise test, impulse vltage test, partial discharge measurement, Shrt-circuit strength, test with applied vltage (winding test), test with induced vltage (turn test), measurement f winding resistance, measurement f vltage rati and determinatin f vectr grup, measurement f shrt-circuit vltage and f shrt-circuit lsses, measurement f n-lad current and f n-lad lsses. A 4.7 Scada & Cmmunicatin SMS Mbile Substatins can be prepared with the remte measuring, cntrl and cmmand facilities by the supplying f system with Scada applicatins and GSM/GPRS cmmunicatin prperties. A 4.8 Surge Arresters Cntrl Panel Surge arrester is a device used n electrical pwer systems t prtect the insulatin n the system frm the damaging effect f lightning and switching transients. The typical surge arresters als knwn as lightning arrester has a high vltage terminal and a grund terminal. When a lightning surge r switching surge travels dwn the pwer system t the arrester, the current frm the surge is diverted arund the prtected insulatin in mst cases t earth. A 4.11 Battery Rectifier Grup It is cmpsed f Rectifier and Battery system suitable fr the auxiliary vltage feeding level f Auxiliary Supply Panel secndary and primary equipment used in the mbile substatin and the pwer demand. 19 SMS Mbile Substatins Main Equipment Used A 4 A 4.13 Cable Reels MV and LV cables are suitable accrding t the prject's nminal currents and vltages are rund n reels established n the mbile Substatin and thus the mbility f the system is enhanced. These reels may perate manually as well as be mtr-driven. Flexi cables are used fr vltage cables in rder t prvide maximum bending diameter, rund mre cables t the reel and als fr the lng service life. A 4.14 Trailers Trailers used in SMS Mbile Substatins are designed fr use n general rads, main rads and hard, irregular rads in cmpliance with heavy rad transprt and the axles are designed t adpt t the rad surface autmatically in rugh rad cnditins. The steel frame frmed in steel prfiles cnfrming the lad t be carried are sand blasted and painted with industrial prime and finish paint and the crrsin strength is prvided. Each trailer has mechanical r hydraulic supprt feet and duble speed landing apparatus (lift jacks) fr the situatins f separating the tw car and lng term parking f the trailer. In additin, reinfrced steel bttm plates are included n all supprt feet and jacks (landing apparatus). If requested, the mst suitable way f fixing the Substatin n the grund is prvided by using independent hydraulic feet and autmatic balancing system. Maximum security is ensured by ABS braking system by selecting the tire and axle suitable t the weight f the SMS Mbile Substatin and use area. Als rtary axle system may be used accrding t the number f axles. Gseneck height and length, and king pin distances are designed in cmpliance with any type and brand f tw truck. In additin, steering cylinder f the neck, air and electricity lines are again designed in cmpliance with any type and brand f tw truck.
