8 Released February 10 Includes: Fixes for EIDR Update An occasional Registry token deadlock An error that blocked modifications after a record was re-parented An Alt ID de-duplication error Misc. Registry optimizations The addition of Series End Dates in De-Duplication A new feature for Registry transaction cancellation A bug in the De-Dupe UI (used by Operations) will require the rollback of director-based candidate pools No compatibility issues with current integrations

9 EIDR 3.0 Kick-Off EIDR has been evolving since it s first release in 2010, but it s technology stack is now over 9 years old. EIDR 3.0 will be a fresh start, incorporating 8 years of operational experience and leveraging best of breed technologies for the next 10 years. The formal kick-off for took place January 23. At present, we are gathering requirements and priorities, so we have yet to set a firm schedule.
