The Basis training covers basic knowledge in anatomy and C-arm technology with an overview of the based systems. 6 Hospital Technicians Training 02 / Hospital Technicians Training Improving hospital in-house service These training courses are designed specifically for hospital technicians responsible for servicing our mobile C-arms. The engineers gain a deeper understanding of Ziehm Imaging product functionality, learning basic mobile C-arm maintenance procedures and the differences between the various hardware and software versions. These courses also cover all aspects of service strategies, from service levels to troubleshooting and fault detection. The knowledge gained during these courses allows in-house technicians to solve most commonly encountered issues quickly and efficiently

9 Technical Service Training 03 / Technical Service Training In-depth troubleshooting for our service partners and distributors These training courses have been designed specifically for technicians responsible for escalated service issues related to our mobile C-arms. It gives course participants an indepth understanding of the design and configuration of all hardware and software building blocks and how they interwork. We back up our theoretical coaching with hands-on training and troubleshooting exercises based on real error cases. These courses give service partners the technical foundation they need to solve complex issues in the field

A typical course schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm with lunch and refreshment breaks. To ensure you receive the highest quality of delivery, we limit the number of participants per course. As a result, registration and allocation of course places is done on a first come, first served basis. Upon registration you will receive an acknowledging your registration. A final and binding confirming attendance, along with course agenda, hotel details, invoice, etc. will follow. Updates and amendments to courses and classroom sessions can be found online at academy.ziehm.com. This overview shows which training courses are required in order to carry out maintenance and repair on specific units (not valid for US). Flat-Panel Technology (3 days) (FD) Vario 3D (2 days) Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy: Changes to course bookings must be received in writing (Ziehm Imaging GmbH, Academy, Donaustr. 31, Nuremberg) or by (academy@ziehm.com) at least 3 weeks before the scheduled course date. Prior to this date, participants may exchange their course for another course to the same value on a different date. Participants who cancel within less than 3 weeks before the scheduled course date incur the full course fee. Participant substitutions are permitted. Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Ziehm Imaging GmbH reserves the right to alter the course schedule, dates, location, accommodation and trainer. We accept no responsibility for any direct or incidental costs incurred. The full course fee will be refunded if Ziehm Imaging GmbH cancels a course and is unable to offer an alternative course date

This portal provides detailed information on all offered training courses, including course descriptions, classroom sessions and interactive learning materials. The training calendar is always up to date on the platform. To sign-up for a training course, you need to set up a personalized user account first. Click the Login button in the upper right corner to open the account registration form. As soon as your account has been confirmed, you can take interactive learning modules and sign-up for the classroom sessions you are interested in by using a web form. Registration for classroom sessions closes three weeks before start date.
