2 dimensions technical specification SLS SL22S plissé System S 2 S SLS plissé SL22S plissé The pleated blind SLS or SL22S for use in double-glazed units, is manufactured in accordance with high technical specification and production standards. The pleated blind operation is achieved using magnetic attraction through the glass thereby guaranteeing the unit s hermetic seal. The external magnet contained in a removable handle, is attracted by magnetic force to an equivalent magnet located in the centre of the blind bottom rail located inside the DG unit. The raising and lowering operation is achieved by sliding the removable handle across the glass surface. The magnetic housing design incorporates small rollers and bearings allowing them to glide over the glass surface without friction thereby avoiding abrasion of the glass surface. The movement of the blind is guaranteed along 2 possible directions vertically (up / down) or 2 directions horizontally (left / right) at any unit / window inclination from horizontal (0 degrees) to vertical (90 degrees). Verosol fabric Woven polyester fabric, 14 mm pleat, with an aluminium microfilm applied through an exclusive vacuum coating technique (three-chamber system). The microfilm adhesion complies with the EN-ISO 7523 and the fabric is Class 1 (one) Flame-Retardant - 6 colours are available. Spacer bar Extruded aluminium. Available in two versions for each system: SL: U profile spacer bar dimension x 6.5 mm with 2 mm projection; L profile spacer bar x 6.5 mm with 8 mm projection.
