1 Azur Description One-piece, corrosion-resistant square mounting bar (35 x 35 mm) made of galvanised steel for erection of aluminium arm supports, brackets and roller tube. Brackets can be used for wall or top installation. Roller tube ø 78 of galvanised steel with groove for accepting awning cover. Awning is extended and retracted manually via a bevel gearbox with integrated end stop and freewheel operating handle ring, speed reduction 4.5:1 or via a bevel gearbox with an intermediate gear, speed reduction 10.5:1 (depending on size). The bevel gearbox is operated via a removable operating handle of powder-coated metal in white, grey or brown with hook and plastic handle. Front profile (hollow chamber profile) of extruded aluminium (size 47 x 60 mm) with plastic side end caps and a one-piece accepting groove for valance (optional). Folding arms of aluminium extruded profiles and precision parts of aluminium cast alloy, internal tension springs and double cables and cable protector over the middle joint. The angle of shade is infinitely adjustable via an internal hexagon bolt from 1 60 (1 45 more than 600 cm TW respectively with roller tube support). All aluminium profiles are chromate coated. The aluminium profiles and aluminium cast parts are powder-coated in facade quality. All visible screws are. The cover board is secured by roof trusses that are securely fixed to the mounting bar. A front profile (62 x 80 mm), which can be matched to the cover board, is required to provide frontal protection to the cloth. 7 Azur S221/1/1 Distance plate This distance plate is to be used with the bracket S221/1. They can be placed on top of each other for different insulation thicknesses and be installed together with the bracket.
