As part of the David Hoekel Parkway and Interstate Drive project south of I-70 (connecting to the City of Wentzville project), the property owners donated all of the needed Right-of-Way and easements to extend Interstate Drive west of DHP to Schaper Road. The property owners also hired a design consultant, Bax Engineering, to design the road extension. Therefore, this application is only for construction funds, since design and right-of-way will have been completed at no cost to the county.
