2 Description Attach IV hook attachment to the top of the telespcoing pole Inserted the quick release button into the telescoping pole Attach wheel hubs to connector shafts using 8-32 set screws Slide bearing onto motor shaft Fix omni wheels to wheel hubs Fix motors to the base plate with U-bolts Attach connector shaft to motor shaft using 8-32 set screws Attach encoder to alumnimum angle using the nut it comes with Fix pulley wheel to encoder (might need Loctite 620) Attach tether to aluminum angle using M3 screws, washers, nuts Attach AL angle to the base using the M3 washers, screws and nuts Captivate potentiometer to pole flange using given jam nut Fix shaft coupler to potentiometer using given set screw Tighten Standoff in shaft coupler using given set screw Captivate sheet metal arm against shaft coupler using 6-32 SHCS and lock washer Insert grommet into upper arm hole and panel Fix hall sensor to pole flange using epoxy/glue/whatever we have Captivate screw spacers and acrylic using the M2.5 screws and nuts Attach flange to shaft collar and shaft collar to bottom pole
