Bushing (am-0253) Step 5 Place the thrust washer (am-2927) onto the top side of the Bearing Plate (am-306). Step 2 Press an FR6ZZ (am- 002) bearing into the Gear Plate (am- 307). Flange on this side Step 6 Add the gear plate so that the recesses are facing outwards. Insert and tighten four nylon thread screws (am-20). (Tighten all the way and then back off /2 turn to allow bearing plate to rotate freely) Step 3 Press an R20ZZ bearing (am-292) into the Bearing Plate (am-306).

Step Insert the Hex Output Shaft (am-302) so that the (2) slots are below the bevel gear. Add a / plastic spacer (am-2930), HiGrip wheel (am- 2256), and the 40 Tooth Bevel Gear (am-2620). Spacers Step Press bearings into the U housing (am- 3020). Both hex bearings (am-0692) will have their flanges on the inside while both round bore bearings (am-0030 and am-002) will have their flanges on the outside. 3/ Hex Bearings Flanges on this side Step 2 Secure the shaft and hardware in place with two klipring (am- 24) inserted into the grooves. 2

AM-293 Spacer, Plastic,.406 ID,.00 OD,.43 thick AM Tooth, 0mm Bore Steer Gear AM " CIM Motor 2 AM-20 #0-32x5/" SHCS w/ Nylon Thread Lock Patch AM-253 3/" Retaining Ring Step 3 To keep ALL modules the same orientation, be sure the double hole near the CIM shaft hole is up when looking at the bottom of the plate as shown here, Attach the PG7 Motor (am- 297) to the Motor Plate (am-302) using (4) M4 screws (am-264). Step 4 Slide the large Plastic Spacer (am-293) over the shaft and then insert the 4mm machine key (am- 249). Step 5 Slide the 0mm Bore Gear (am-304) onto the shaft so that the carved out portion is facing away from the plate. Push the 3/" retaining Ring (am- 253) on to the PG motor shaft. 3

4 Overall Assembly (am-3009_page4) : DATE: 0//207 QTY Parts Needed On This Page Tools Needed On This Page 2 AM-065 Washer, /2" ID, 3/4" OD, Steel 5/32 Allen Wrench AM Tooth Large Cluster Gear 3/" Wrench AM-30 2 Tooth Gear Shaft for Swerve & Steer 5/6 Drill 4 AM-04 Screw, SHCS 0-32 X 250 Arbor Press 4 AM-299 Spacer, Aluminum,.62" Step 20 Place both the woodruff key (am- 433) and the 2mmx2mm Key (am- 2) on the CIM output shaft in the key slot in the shown orientation AM Nylock Jam Nut AM-2929 Collar Clamp, /2" Base 4 AM-04 Screw 0-32 SHCS X AM-2920 Spacer, Aluminum,.00" AM-433 Woodruff Key AM - 2 2MM x 2MM KEY 4 AM-026 #0 Steel Washer Step 7 Step 2 On the Wheel Housing assembly, add the 40T Cluster Gear (am-0024) to the end of the bevel gear shaft with two Metal Washers (am- 065) on either side. Slide one ½ collar clamp (am-2929) onto the tip of the gear shaft. Step Insert the short end of the Gear Shaft (am- 30) into the FR6ZZ bearing using an arbor press. Use 5/6 Drill to drill out the top end of the gear shaft. Step 22 Attach Rotational Center and Motor Mount assemblies together by sliding the gear shaft onto the CIM shaft with a spacer (am- 2930) between the plate and collor. Secure in place with four.75 Bolts (am- 04), long Alum Spacers (am-2920), and Nuts (am-042). Be sure to put bolt heads in recesses of the Rotational center assembly. Make sure all (5) holes on the Rotational Center plate line up with the holes on the motor mount. Collar tight against gear, spacer (am-2930) between collar Step 9 Step 23 Attach this assembly to the Rotational Center using four.25 bolts (am- 04), short aluminum spacers (AM-299), #0 Washers (AM-026), and Nylock Nuts (am- 042). Be sure to put the bolt heads in the recesses of the Rotational Center assembly. Tighten the /2 Collar (am-2929) onto the top of the sleeve gear. 4 INCLUDED IN BOX: * am Hall Effect Encoder Cable * am Grease Packet Be sure to Grease gears before use.
