ScandDst is a compact, jetplse cleaned cartridge filter for small and medim sized airflows and it can in most cases operate continosly. The collector is provided with a hinged service door on the side for easy service and inspection. Every delivery is complete with an electronic, cleaning control system. A can for collected dst is basic standard. Every system is in principal niqe as type of dst, dst load, operating conditions, demands from the athorities etc varies. The engineers from Vokes Air presents in every single case the most optimm soltion for the actal problem. The concept of Vokes Air is to provide tailormade complete deliveries inclding commisioning. 3 Filter Cartridge The heart in every ScandDst is of corse the circlar filter cartridge with pleated filter media where the dst is efficiently collected on the srface. The filter cartridges are easily installed in the collector with a bayonet socket. The selection of qality of filter media, sitable load per m 2 etc are based pon the datas and specifications for each individal project in order to get the most efficient and reliable operation as possible. Vokes Air co-operates with the leading Eropean sppliers of filter cartridges. Cleaning Every collector is provided with a cleaning system consisting of a compressed air tank, solenoid valves and blow pipes for distribtion of the compressed air plses to the filter cartridges. Cleaning Control System The cleaning control system consists of an electronic seqenser with an advanced micro-processor and an internal differential pressre sensor for atomatic control of the diaphram valves and the cleaning of the filter cartridges. The nit has been tested and is in conformity with the Eropean CE reglation EMC89/336, 73/23 and 93/68EEC. The internal differential pressre sensor register the progress of the pressredrop over the filter. When it exceeds the set vale the cleaning seqense is started atomatically. The following fnctions are available. Atomatic and manal operation Plse and Cycle times Set Delta P Set Delta P alarm Atomatic sht down cleaning at fan stop Precoating at starting p a new filter. 4 ScandDst SDM 15 ScandDst SDM 15 is the smalles nit in the family. SDM 15 has only one filter cartridge and can be delivered with internal fan alternatively to be connected to an external fan. In the version with internal fan the collector can also be provided with HEPA filter as final stage to meet extreme demands in connection with recirclation of the air into the room The collector is manfactred in a welded, 536 painted design. The circlar hosing with a tangential air inlet creates a cyclon effect which gives a preseparation of dst before the filter cartridges. Smallest modle has for filter cartridges and largets modle has 12 filter cartridges. SDM is always connected to an external fan. SDM is manfactred as standard ot of galvanized sheet metal bt can also be delivered in painted or stainless steel design as well as with filterhosing thermally inslated.
