4 Software For over 30 years, EasyGrind been developed by SMP TECHNIK closely with our customers to provide unlimited tools capacities. Easy Grind interface is based on standard software interface but we include more : Full package software 3D simulation software DXF fils tool shape direct import into software Easy to use software : tool type, description, tasks and wheel choice are on the same screen. Mineral casting machine base CA5 Evo Boost machine base is made by EPUCRET Mineral casting, Mineral casting provides best rigidity, ten time more than iron and a better surface finish. CA5 fast wheel changer 1. Equipped by a 6 stations wheel changer, you can charge up to install 18 wheels, 2. Change wheel in less than 5 seconds and improve your total cycle time. Tool holder SA50 High speed tool holder 650rpm enabling external shape, driven by direct torque motor. Renishaw probing system The probing system allows you to check the setting of cutting tools in the machine, helix angle, length, diameter and tool automatic eccentration correction.
