Hollow chuck and hollow Cylinder Hollow chuck and hollow with bore capacity of 65 mm in M08J and 52 mm in M06 J is provided as a standard. ( This is a big bore chuck ) 6. 6 Special Features of Tsugami Machines 1.Spindle Air purge Tsugami machines have a spindle Air purge. This is a constant flow of air between the sealing area and the bearing. This provides a positive pressure to ensure no coolant, Dust or dirt enters into the bearing area over the life of the machine. 2.Lubrication oil Collection Tray Casting base has a built in slope that makes the lubrication oil flow to one side and is drained into a lubrication oil collection tray. This prevent lubrication oil leakage onto the floor of the machine. 3.Retraction By abnormal Load Detection ( Standard ) When load level exceeds the setting level that is set based on data such as collision an alarm will occur and make the slide retract. 4.Thermal Displacement Compensation Sensor Thermal Displacement compensation to ensure better component accuracy. 6
