3 GENERAL NOTES Situation Shirley Mill Farm has excellent road access from Derby and Ashbourne via the A52. From Ashbourne take the A52 towards Derby. Continue down Shirley Hollow, travel 1 ¼ miles and turn right for Shirley and Longford. Travel ¾ mile into the village, passing the Saracens Head Pub on the right. Continue out of the village down Rodsley Lane signed Rodsley and Yeaveley. The car park field lies on the left opposite Shirley Mill Farm. From Brailsford & Derby take the A52 towards Ashbourne. On leaving Brailsford, travel 1 mile and turn left for Shirley and Longford (before Shirley Hollow). Travel ¾ mile into the village, passing the Saracens Head Pub on the right. Continue out of the village down Rodsley Lane signed Rodsley and Yeaveley. The car park field lies on the left opposite Shirley Mill Farm. 5 FOREWORD This very genuine dispersal sale at Shirley Mill Farm arises as a result of the sale of the Pedigree Shirley Mill Herd of Holstein Cattle and a total change in arrangement brings about the total dispersal of all machinery and effects from the holding. Virtually all the main items have been owned from new including the New Holland principle tractor together with the 3 newest of the Massey Fergusons, the JCB Telehandler, Diet Feeder and West Dual Spreader. The stars of the show include the New Holland T5.105 tractor which has undertaken less than 1200 hours work at cataloguing and was purchased in The JCB Agri Telehandler has undertaken less than 3000 hours and is sold complete with pallet tines and tool carrier headstock with hydraulic locking pins. There is a varied range of livestock sundries, tools and effects together with the other major items of machinery and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this very good sale.
