2 GENERAL NOTES Situation Wakebridge Farm lies approximately 1 ½ miles from Crich and has easy access from Crich Village and also the main A6 and Matlock/Derby road. From the Centre of Crich head towards Alfreton on the B5035 and at the Stone Memorial bear off left (signed Tramway Museum and Holloway). Go past St Mary s Church on the right and after ½ mile turn left on the wide sweeping crossroads (again towards Holloway and the Tramway Museum) onto Lea Road. Pass the Tramway Museum on the right and travel down the bank for approximately 1 mile with the farm lying on the right. From the A6 at Cromford traffic lights pick up Mill Lane signed Cromford Mills, Lea and Holloway. Travel past Cromford Mills and over the River Derwent and take the Lea road for 1 ½ miles into Lea Bridge Village. Travel up Mill Lane signposted Crich and Holloway through the centre of Holloway with Wakebridge Farm lying on the left ½ a mile out of Holloway Village. To the Sale and Car Park signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Please refer to the location map within the catalogue. Car Park - As sign posted on the sale day.
