3 GENERAL NOTES Situation Manor Farm lies close to the M42 junction 11 near Tamworth and has good road access via the B5493 Tamworth/No Mans Heath Road. From the M42/A444 interchange (junction 11) pick up the B5493 towards Seckington and No Man s Heath. Travel straight through the village of No Man s Heath and after ¾ mile turn left signposted Newton Regis into Kings Lane. Continue into the village to the T-junction and turn left signposted Austrey. Continue past the primary school on the right and out of the village with the sale field lying third field on the right after the houses. From Tamworth pick up the B5493 towards Seckington, No Man s Heath and Measham and continue along that road for approximately 6 miles. After the junction for Seckington turn right at the next junction into Kings Lane signposted Newton Regis. Continue on and follow the detailed road directions above. To the Sale and Car Park signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Please refer to the location map within the catalogue. Car Park - As sign posted on the sale day. 5 FOREWORD The genuine dispersal sale at Manor Farm arises as a result of the retirement of Mr Stuart Wilson whose family have farmed in the village of Newton Regis since The tenancy has now ended and many will know that Mr Wilson gave up active dairy farming at Christmas 2015 and has actually sold the last of his in calf dairy heifers in recent months. This now brings about the genuine dispersal of the machinery from the farm which includes a good range of tractors and New Holland Combine together with all the associated arable and grassland items and other effects. Mr Wilson and his landlord have also teamed together to sell a full range of in situ steel framed buildings, a breakdown of these are included at the rear of the catalogue.
