3 GENERAL NOTES Situation Burlton Grange lies between Shrewsbury and Ellesmere and has excellent access from both Shrewsbury via the A528 and Wem. From the centre of Wem pick up the B5063 signposted Ellesmere. Continue for approximately 1 ¾ miles and turn left signposted Loppington and Burlton. Continue through Loppington Village and after approximately 1 ¾ miles Burlton Grange lies on the right (adjoining the bend). From Shrewsbury pick up the A528 signposted Ellesmere and travel through Myddle Village with Burlton lying approximately 1 mile further on. Turn right at the grass triangle in the centre of Burlton signposted Loppington and Wem (B4397). Continue for approximately ¾ mile out of the village with Burlton Grange lying on the left by the sharp right hand bend. To the Sale and Car Park signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Cash Under the money laundering regulations the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than 10,000 (or its Sterling equivalent). 5 FOREWORD This genuine dispersal at Burlton Grange rises as a result of Mr Tony and Mr Phil Smith giving up farming with Burlton Grange-the property (in excess of 450 Acres) now being sold. All the cattle have already been sold off the farm and this gives a range of arable and livestock associated machinery together with cattle and sheep equipment for genuine dispersal. There is a wide range of cattle associated items including an excellent Ritchie Heavy Duty Crush together with various bulk bull hopper feeders etc. Within the machinery, the New Holland Round Baler has undertaken little work and prospective purchasers should attend and bid at the many and varied lots on offer.
